Would you consider doing a detailed video on how you take care of your brushes and rollers between coats and long term. This would be a very valuable lesson for all of us to follow.thanks😊
Nice tour of the shop do you buy boats or do you find boats for people for projects I got four or five of them put away here I like that you stopped at 100 grit before staining
We really appreciate your videos. I'm sure you make every task look much easier than it would be for those of us who may have some woodworking skills but never restored/ refreshed a wood boat. We picked up a 1960 24', Chris Craft Sportsman. Need to know how to assess the bottom to know if it can be sanded, sealed and caulked or if the wood should be removed and replaced. Do you have any tests you w can recommend?
@MikeGreenStudioWorks I hear you. The only one I've found around my area that is still in practice specializes in Lymans, which are plywood boats. Would really like to find someone in business that specializes in Chris Craft construction. Let me know if you have suggestions in northern Ohio. Thanks
My favorite part is 1:04 to 1:15 😉 Nice to see what’s going on. Gotta stop by soon.
Greetings from southern Ontario Canada I really enjoyed the video my family owns an original ditchburn I love wooden boats they are special
Another great tour of the shop! Thanks for sharing with all of us!

These are all customers boats. I do not restore for resale and only own 1 Chris Craft which is a 1969 35' Commander. Thanks for watching!
I recently acquired a Chrysler New Marine engine and transmission. 6 cylinder flathead. Did CC ever use these engines?
Yes, there were Chryslers in several boats built by Chris Craft.

The best thing to do is find a restorer that has some knowlage and have him look it over.
