At one point saying that Franks managerial career is done if he gets sacked but then a minute later is saying he will need to go to a decent sized team abroad who play champions league. They got tremendously lucky against City with one shot on goal on 90 minutes. Sacking Lampard would solve only part of the problem, but ownership and management over the oast 10 years is the major reason why the Toffees are where they are right now.
Lampard is out of his depth, and won't be able to turn Everton around ... but I'm not convinced there's many/any manager (that's willing to consider Everton) that would be able to do much better ... Frank Lampard was a great player, his ability to read a game and make an impact, change the result was amazing but unfortunately not all great footballers make great managers. Pele, Maradona, Figo and Shearer all great players but never cut it as managers. Some if the best managers on the other hand were average players such as Mourinho, Van Gaal, Wenger and Ferguson and while there are exceptions to the rule (Ancelotti, Cruyff and Zidane) I don't think Lampard is good enough, the ability he had on the pitch doesn't transfer to the sidelines.
I agree that Sean Dyche should go to Everton, just look at Eddie Howe, great manager at small club (Bournemouth) overperforming without any money until they can't. Dyche brought Burnley to Europa League, incredibly overperforming, has decent tactical knowledge (on how to defend against anyone beside Man City) but no money to improve Burnley. Everton has the money, after 2 seasons of underspending (because of FFP I think), Dyche can go all out and improve the team to how he want to play with Everton, he is the perfect manager for them.

If Frank did sacked, on the list of possible candidates I'd love it if we somehow got Ange Postecoglou. Rory says "the results never change" despite the manager with Everton, but that just isn't true. They've never been this close to getting relegated. They were getting almost 60 points a few seasons ago.
Lampard did a great job at Derby in the Championship. I think if he gets the sack, he should go back down to the Championship or go to Scotland; and rebuild. Hopefully he doesn't call it quits altogether
Yep so far down the table now after a great game against city to being humiliated by Brighton at home you've got stick 50 % blame on the players for not careing as long as they get the huge wages they demand its disgraceful and heartbreaking.
We’ve got no identity. Expectations as fans are all over the place… but we’ve gone from Sam Allardyce, to Ancelotti, to talking about Dyche. The club is full of players we’ve over paid for, on high wages who are a mix of so many different manager’s signings. We have Coleman who was a Moyes player who isn’t even a leader, but it supposed to be playing that role. We aren’t the club with no money punching above it’s weight anymore. If I was a fan of any other club I’d want Everton to go down, because the club as it is now does not deserve to be in the top flight. The fanbase deserve better than the championship, as despite recent years there is still a long waiting list for season tickets. We made good signings that should have worked. Pickford is a good keeper, tarki, Coady and Onana should work. Gray has put in some great performances. Maybe Lampard is out of his depth, but the environment doesn’t provide the opportunity to learn. There is no room for mistakes and you need them to get better. I’ve conceded the fact we will be in the championship next season. We won’t survive that and will go down again.

Hahaha what have you achieved…
Lampard did a great job at Derby in the Championship. I think if he gets the sack, he should go back down to the Championship or go to Scotland; and rebuild. Hopefully he doesn't call it quits altogether
Yep so far down the table now after a great game against city to being humiliated by Brighton at home you've got stick 50 % blame on the players for not careing as long as they get the huge wages they demand its disgraceful and heartbreaking.
Now do Arsenal with Ade - I remember your first few videos at the start of the season they were good
Pochettino starting a project at Everton would be really good for the club. Will reap the rewards in three years.
As an unbiased Liverpool fan, I think Everton should give Lampard more time. I promise you he will win the Papa Johns trophy once they get relegated.
Don't they need to get relegated twice to win that? I'm not saying he lacks the ability, but it might take a bit longer than expected.
@@thethomascobbgroup5001 By George you're right! Offer Lampard a 10 year extension else we riot!
All those managers had great 1st seasons the tanked in their second season why?
Southampton, Wolves, and Bournemouth will be relegated. Everton will survive with or without Lampard
Victor from Kenya...it's been a low for lampard but let's ask the real question!!was he ever ready to coach in the premier league. When he was at Chelsea he couldn't make the squad click not until tuchel come in and used the same squad to win a champions league.
Yep he was exposed as being naive to tactics etc.
nail on the head he changed the team from city mans clueless
nice to see rory is still salty about forest
6:45 That is unbelievable 😂🤣🤣
