@@OCRKings In my ideal thoughts there would be a warm-up loop near the start that people are walking or jogging before it’s your heat and then the stretching could be during the inspirational speech

@@OCRKings Haha, it’s been years since I’ve been out there. Seeing this video tonight makes me want to start training again, jogging. I’m 55, but might have another couple runs on me. I’m a summertime guy myself, I like it nice and warm, but you guys know how to do it right in the cold as well, that’s plain to see. Respect!

Warm up and stretch on your prior to having to line up for the wave. You don't run these things for time anyway.

Thanks, I have been doing a Spartan trifecta each year and now looking at doing som Tough Mudders also.
Tough Mudders are just fun. Obstacles are just different (with a few good challenges) so definitely recommend you trying them.
It would be cool to see a video about how Tough Mudder has changed over the years
