I can't seem to find any info on this mine and when you can dig. How much did it cost?

I paid $1000 for 1 day. Hallelujah Junction or Peterson Mountain is the name of the location. It's a mountain line on the boarder of Northern Californa and Nevada. There are 2 claims up there that do fee digs but the dig seasons is less than 2 months around may/June.

@iShock Rocks is it true that the owners get to keep any substantial finds from the paid digger? I saw on a other channel that this was happening. Did u experience this?

@chadengel1422 if you find a museum tier piece yes, like $3000+ or something like that. That's all fee digs tho. No mine owner is going to let you leave with something they have spent hundreds of thousands working towards. But if you find 100 pieces worth $1000 each they don't care one bit. It's just on the extremely rare chance you find a museum grade specimen. And if I did, I'd be happy I got to handle it at all cuz most won't touch something like that in their lifetime. Let alone get to dig it. Don't let such an unlikely scenario be the reason you don't go. Also, If you're finding a museum tier specimen, there's likely to be tons of really nice non museum in the same pocket for you too.

@chadengel1422 usually tho if you DO get that lucky then at least give you first pick option to purchase it also. Unless it's something they plan to keep 😉🙌
