I would love to hear more of this, Coach! I think the question I got that tripped me up the most was “How can we help you improve on your weaknesses?”

I think that is a good situational question to see if you have self awareness and the understanding of what it would take to improve. Appreciate the like and comment. Keep them coming and I will keep the videos coming.

    Great Video Coach McKeefery!
A memorable interview question that I had was a situational question regarding how you would train "x" team. I think this question is a good question because it allows you to explain to the panel, staff, whoever is interviewing you what your philosophy in the weight room looks like and how you would implement ideas/concepts for that specific team.
Keep making video's which pertain to various aspects of strength and conditioning and can help individuals in specific situations like the video you made.

Thanks Will. You always want to encourage situational questions as they let your personality come out.

My memorable interview question is what are the things you do initiatively. When I asked this question, I could not really give a good answer. But after the interview when I thought about it, I realized I had some initiative actions I took, so I could have prepared better for that question.

Nice video! I will be interviewing for a position as an assistant coach this fall. Do you have any special advice for this role?
