Don’t forget his buff hands
Bernado is so humble
This is a great strategy for bigger guys. Thanks Bernardo!
Kris Juarez Not just bigger guys. You probably shouldn't use pressure passing when outweighed by your opponent but the principle applies to lighter people trying to hold side control or North-South.
Greeeat guy, huge honor
Awesome stuff professor!!
Dude with him is beast . Kimura master .
Faria is awesome!
I started getting cauliflower in one ear after doing this. Lol
After trying this first time I have pain in my year now but it's effective

1977 Porn Actor
@@DonnieCampos nut sock lolol
Great concept. In these more extreme shoulder pressure positions, the unbalanced top player looks like he could be swept - true ?
Watch his fights. You'll see how he handles the sweeps.
If you're doing it right, then you'll have so much pressure on them that they can't move enough to sweep. My team's head blackbelt is master of this, when he drops his shoulder it's like a brick wall is sitting on your chest
I get my back taken every time! :(
I wonder if your left hand [in this example] is gripping the pant waist tightly?
Such bragging. "I don't even use my buff hands"
