    Really great explanation.
    Listening to the symptoms, could this be social anxiety like agoraphobia where SSRIs might help.
    Really tough for anyone experiencing this kind of thing in their life.

    If you are having a heightened dizzy day and are extremely tired, do you suggest pushing yourself for a walk?

    I’m still getting migraines and can’t figure out my triggers 😢

      I was like this constantly and it took about a year to work out triggers as to start with it is like migraines constantly as the brain is on 'high alert' but overall the top triggers are lack of sleep, stress, bright lights and noise etc
