    if you don't get HRT, will jumping, strength training, enought protein, K2 and magnesium help as well? every woman in my family has osteoporosis or osteopinia but until you officially reach menopause or you break a bone it seems like you won't get a scan here in Switzerland as far as I'm informed... but I do all the things I mention above..
