War Graves Hills Bars Food Beer Day 1

we met with rain, wind and sunshine travelled across to see WW11 graves and pay our respects. Big D was suffering very bad hip an sciatica pain but with a helping hand from his pals he managed to complete the tour.. I see you brought the Corrosion Monitor along again. The pile of dust he's referring to is pizza crumbs . He likes to be away up front and scoff a pizza before you all catch up . Then he pretends that a Moto Guzzi was parked there .
I am wise to his tricks .
His dancing was evaluated for the Eurovision Dance Contest - L'Angleterre = nil pwant !
My Grandpa ( from Kirkby in Ashfield ) was called up aged 18 to the Leicester Regiment where he rose to the rank of " Full Private " ( his words ) , despite being a miner and a farmer's son .
He volunteered for a signaller and then again for tanks . By the time they'd trained him , the war was over . Good job an' all or I very much doubt I'd be here .
And now a hundred years later the bloody politicians are wanting to start WW3 !
