We like this song right from our childhood .Welldone Alamgir sir, we all Pakistanis are surely proud of you,you were a great playback singer of a lot of Pakistani movies,we had also learned all those songs by heart,as we all know that ,that was not an era of vulgarity,nudity etc and families of educated people, government officials, army officers along with the common people use to go to the cinema halls and enjoyed the movie shows. Moreover there weren't any shameful scenes in the movies,so parents wanted to show those movies to their children for their knowledge,we also use to go with our parents to see the movies and we also fortunately belonged to an educated family. Long live a happy life sir. A lot of appreciations, respect and love from we Pakistani nationals. yes he could play guitar , but this was Amir Zaki here, Alamgir was picked up by legendary Sohail Rana , after Khushbakht Shujaat rejected him for her TV show Ferozan , earlier he used to play on the footpaths near Fish'n'Chips Tariq Road Karachi , then Cafe'd'Khan Tariq Road , some one told Khushbakht about him , she asked him to come for an audition , but after watching his attire etc... she rejected him, fortunately , Sohail Rana sahib was in the next studio , he heard him and called him , Albeela Rahi was his first song ,based on famous Cuban song Guantanamera .. then Deykha na tha... rest is history .
@@AfatQiamat if I'm not wrong he also sang in " the village" next the.Metropole hotel. He used to be poor and not well connected but then he made it big by his persistence and off course his mighty talent.
