my wife and i are talking about going there. I liked your video a lot. It’s well edited, not obnoxious music, very detailed, and informative. 🇨🇴 ❤ 🇲🇽🌈😎
Very tasteful video and beautifully done! After discovering San Felipe and becoming a Mexican permanent resident, I want to explore the beauty of Mexico, starting this September in CDMX for 7 nights. Tus videos son muy útiles y llenos de información. Muchísimas gracias!
I have seen many videos of SMA as I am planning my first trip there in December (I'm also very concerned about the crowds too)....you showcased the city in a truly artistic way - and you have a VERY good eye! Keep up the good work, Israel.
@Valladolid I stayed only one night because I had food poisoning and I took the bus back to Querétaro....literally I thought I was dying! Didn't have the chance to visit much but the town is very small. The only thing that makes it nice is the church, to be honest. I need to go back and give it another try.
Buenas tardes joven. Bonito su video. Por favor también hablar nuestro bello idioma el español. Joven también mostrar la zona POBRE de San Miguel de Allende. También.
Very amazing city my grandma was born in this city baptized in the church and was raised in the city to the age of 5 but came back many times I wish I could go one day
wonderful video Israel . you captured the charm . I just bought property here a couple of weeks ago and I am constantly blown away by the sheer beauty of this city . It's elegance is something people just don't expect to find in the middle of vally . A little blip on a map . I liken SMA to .. If Florence Italy and Santa Fe New Mexico had an offspring ... with a dash of Rodeo Drive and Disney .
Thank you for coming on again. You have the very best way of entertaining us with the sights, background music and food wherever you travel! This was a home run video!!!!
Thank you for sharing your video of the area. Amazing,I can see why everyone visits all the time. Looks like a Hollywood sunset. I enjoyed the video with the music .
I just subscribed to your channel !! Your videos are amazing!! Even though I am not Mexican . I love Mexico and it’s culture and food and travel there almost yearly!!
A beautiful city to visit. My son got married there 4 years ago. I'm trying to convince my husband that I want to retire there. I'm love with this city.
Great video, very well made, i just returned yesterday from San Miguel its a beautiful destination, just not handicap friendly accesability can be challenging, but definitely got to be on the bucketlist
Great video. Not too many places in México are cheap anymore since 2020. So it's best to choose the one that you love the best to live and even visit. We live in Playa de Carmen and dont believe it is worth the price we pay. It's hot, dirty, disorganized... And busy! You don't know busy until you've lived here. Lol....I'd rather "over pay" in a beautiful city like SMA or Querétaro or Guanajuato for example.
As someone attempting to learn Espanol, I'd like to compliment your command of English. Very nice choice of words and your accent is wonderful. Thank you for your videos
I wish you lived in San Miguel. I would hire you as our tour guide. We'll be there Jan. 31-Feb. 5, 2023. Great video. It helped me figure out what to do for our first visit to the city.
Hello Israel, thanks for another great video. We are going to be in SMA in November, would it be possible for you to post a list of your favorite places to eat? You always seem to know where to go 😁 Thank you ❤
World Class Video. Changed my life in the Top 5 bucketlist must see places. Can I visit SMA in may or is it just rain? Unfortunately these are my only holidays this year
Thank you Gregor 😉 yes May is a good month. Rainy season starts in late May. When it’s rainy season it rains only in the afternoons (it’s sunny in the morning/day)
@@IsraelPlata Edit: We are right now in Mexico City and having a blast. Your food recommendations have been amazing too, everything on point 10/10. Keep up the Great Work. In a few days we will travel to SMDA.
I was wondering how expensive it is to visit or live there ? It seems to be not very hot to me maybe getting to be in the low 80s at most maybe in the 70s F during summer. A lot of things to see and do.
Great video! Dear viewers, he went to one of the most expensive hotels in town for his $10 US breakfast and $11 US cocktail. (The Rosewood). San Miguel doesn’t have to be that expensive.
Hey 😉 I can’t remember but they are near the man square. Just walk around and you’ll find them. The historic center is not that big and there’s loads of cool galleries everywhere 😍
This is a very beautiful video! I live here and I Love this town. But one correction, you mentioned that 20% of the residents are foreigners. I think that is over-inflated. San Miguel has a population of 160,000 so 20% would be 32,000 expats. Number I usually hear is between 7000 and 10,000 ex-pats living here.
I have lived in SMA off and on since 2008. It is not my "Home" per se. It was at one time, a very fluid, funky and AFFORDABLE place to come to and revive your soul. LOOK at in Now! - a Boujie Boutique Spa-town that is heavily segregated between the wealthy, and Cosplay wealthy elites who exist off the service of underpaid, border-line impoverished Locals! - and THAT is The TRUTH of San Miguel de Allende! Hopefully nearby Guanajuato will repel the "Colonialist" Invader from the North!

I'm from Arizona. I want to come visit. Is there safe storage for parking a camper van ? And is the water safe to drink ?

IMMIGRANTS*** not expats
De los lugares q has visitado n mexico cual s tú favorito?
Is it true that they removed the shuttle tours?
At 3:36 there is a round sign that says: Casa Carolina Del Sur, in English:South Carolina House😂😂😂
Beautiful I’m taking my girlfriend here! 🥰😁🤫👍🏼
I would love to retire there. Expensive? How expensive, for a single man? Not in the center of town?
Israel...me puede dar Mas information
There is NO place in the US that is as beautiful as San Miguel. That is why we all want to live there lol
How much is pricey? In American dollars……
I emailed you to ask about something. Please have a look. thank you!!
Four people were shot in the two weeks that I was there just over a month ago. If you aren't involved in drugs you will be perfectly safe however
Don't forget expats. SMA was created by Mexicans. It belongs to Mexico. The most beautiful in the world.❤

Lots of gringos making art...but art scene in SMA is mediocre if NYC, LA, Paris, Berlin, etc is your reference. I've lived in SMA for 3 years.
