EXCLUSIVE Kelana Jaya Line 8-car Pull

- Recorded on 21st September 2020, at night on LRT Kelana Jaya Line. Train 40 had developed a fault at KL Sentral station and had to be towed to the sidings at Universiti station. Train 56 came to the rescue.

I was on a Klav yesterday but the announcements were only really audible at the driving panel aka front but not in the rest of the train
Train 40 has been having issues already several times. Even today it got into an accident. I am honestly pissed why RapidKL is still keeping Train 40 on service.
Well, we still do not know what caused the accident yet. It could be a problem with the signalling, or according to some news sites an arror by a train operator. Till then, I think we shouldn't blame the train's condition.
@@NCC651 The train operator was operating Train 40, which broke down. That's why the accident happened in the first place.
I am in an opinion that Trains 36 to 45 has a manufacturing defect. Trains 38, 41, 43, 45 has been out of service for several years (at least since 2018, some even more). The other active trains at least has a lighting issue (light switched on when going in opposite direction). Bombardier has to come down and check on this manufacturing defect. (Or something is being hidden from the public).
My suggestion to Rapid is refurbish the original 2-car trains (which look antique inside) instead of marrying them (Trains 87 to 91). I am honestly impressed with the durability of the 2-car trains.

@@0891Gokz Oh okay, I see. No need to apologize, I too have been looking at those ART 200s and wondering what's wrong with the lights. Though I'm still wondering what happened to the safety systems which should've prevented this accident from occuring in the first place

@@anxxq_z Sometimes you will also see 42 (with Kewpie ad). 47, 48, 49 are the only 3 trains with red and green seats. That gives a clue.
As for the accident; based on the images, looks like 40 & 81 are write-offs.
Btw i saw three ets business classes coupled together and getting towed into depot berapit penang

NCC 651 the train would have blocked one track of the line hence they had to reverse while one section is shuttle service i meant
@@vincentkohlumcfan22 Yep. When I was in the heading towards KL Sentral my train had to wait for a KLAV train to switch from the wrong track to the right track. A really unique sight
The Bombardier Innovia ART200 is a Failure, the drivers who operate these new trains have found problems and failures due to unexpected technical issues

Sebab dia punya pintu tak boleh align dengan pintu dekat platform stesen yang bawah tanah.
