*Test takers at this band are typically able to partly answer the question. (AC) There may be too much detail and no overview, or no data. (GT) The purpose of the letter may be sometimes unclear, and the tone sometimes not suitable. Test takers can give their own point H of view and some main ideas, although these may not lead to any conclusions. They can partly organise their writing, and can use some c joining words, although these are wrongly used or over-used in f places. The writing might repeat itself and the Task 2 might lack s paragraphs. They have just enough vocabulary to answer the question, although spelling mistakes cause some difficulty for the s reader. They are able to use some basic sentences correctly, and try c some complex sentences, which often contain mistakes. Punctuation tr is sometimes faulty and the mistakes in grammar cause some w difficulty for the reader.*

S-5...(in part 3 i misunderstood some questions but my overall fluency was good...but in first 2parts i performed well)

Was the exam computer based or computer based where scores increased? My band score in listening is 8.5, Reading just 6.5, Writing 6, Speaking 7. In reading and writing I expect more
My wife received her EOR results today, and her Reading score changed from 6.5 to 7. She was so sure she performed better and that's why we went for EoR. Always trust your gut.

I given my IELTS CBT exam on Feb 19th date and I got result on Feb 23 date my result was L-6, R-6, W-6, S-6.5 Overall-6. I have doubts about listening and writing because I was good in both module so I fill my EOR in 28th Feb still I didn't get my EOR result how many days now they taking for result and is there any chances of increase 0.5 band in writing if bcoz if increases then my score will become 6.5 overall so kindly share your view...???

I received my EOR result today, in writing it was 5.5 and LIstening 7.0, Reading and Speaking 6.5. After EOR my writing increased by 1 band and it became 6.5.

@@mansi_p6498 sad, very sad, i wish they would atleast consider our overall band and give us bands accordingly, its very tiring and sad to alwYz try again and get the same result, for me its the second time. I hope you can pull it off next time when you try it again

@@mansi_p6498 no I didn't apply for EOR.......because its computer based checking.......now I thought I should go for reattempt rather than EOR......because dude we wasted alot money on ielts.....so I think reattempt is good option bcause after attempting you'll know that what u did in exam but in eor its completely throw wealth in water. Rest is upto you...I know yr ielts now become a hurdle ....bcause 80 percent student get 5.5 in one module I don't know what's happening in idp....let see what'll happen

Sir I need your help on this. I have booked my IELTS test for which I had to make payment twice because for the first time payment was deducted from my account however booking was not confirmed. I have given my test on 9th of feb and in the meanwhile on 10th of February instead of refunding my money they have reschedule my test for 23rd Feb. Later on 12th Feb I got my result and I have scored LWS - 6.5 and in Reading - 5.5.
Because of all I think I should take a chance and file EOR especially for reading as I need 0.5 band more. Can you please advise if I should go for it? Please advise asap.
Hi,
I have seen very less students go for reading EOR. So I would not suggest you that. On the other hand, you have 6.5 in rest of the modules, so filling multiple modules for EOR option also seems inappropriate. Only if you are double sure that you should get at least 6.5 in reading, you can go with it. But risk of your money and time is always there.
@@Talwindersingh07 Thanks for your reply sir!! Actually when I have checked it again they have booked two different dates for my exam from their end only. One is on 23rd Feb and another one is on 5th of March. So anyhow I am going to appear for my test on 23rd.
I think I should take a chance here.

Tips for listening 🙏
@@simranjeetkaur1704 practice on normal speed, listen to full audio not just keywords because sometimes keyword comes after answer so listen to full audio from starting, when they give time to read part 1 just give it a look once and try to read some part 2 questions as well because there is nothing much to read in part 1. Always try to read ahead. Focus is a must.
Don't get panic if you have missed one answer, just leave it and focus on next answers. I missed 4th answer in exam but still got 9(39/40) 😉
