Honestly the leisurely eating needs a rework, the ten seconds is almost always a run killer even with the -15%, like make it an extra five seconds at most and drop the reduced patronage

@@musicbox7601 i think it should increase eating time by a certain percent and round the number up ? cause 10s is super stupid especially when it apply to "everything" and can make 3-5s eating time to 20s+ with multiple dishes.

I think it could work if they kept it the same, but they make it a chance that a dish is eaten at a leisurely pace. Rather than every customer at every course.

It feels like it was designed to be used in co-op, in conjunction with someone handing out Sharp Cutlery.
In most other cases, there is not really enough time to be messing about with Sharp Cutlery. Both could do with some rework.
The only game I've had where it wasn't an issue was a multi-dish variety franchise; customer count was already extremely low and it took more more than 10 seconds to serve an order anyway, so taking the order from 2+ tables at once effectively negated the penalty of it.

Roasted turkey/chicken is kinda gross and dry, but if you ever get the chance to have a spatchcock'ed turkey, it'll change your life, everything is moist like the dark meat normally is, since it cooks in it's own juices. If you want to try it at home, start with a small chicken, you can typically cook a whole chicken in 45 minutes, larger turkeys take 1.5-2 hours. Significantly faster than the way we cook them now (the spatchcock method is a traditional, older method), the reason most people don't is cause of how it looks (doesn't give you that thanksgiving postcard look).

If you think turkey is dry, then you haven't had properly cooked turkey. A proper turkey is still juicy and tender. If it's dry, you're cooking it too long, which is a common mistake.
However, deep frying a turkey is the best way to ensure it stays juicy on the inside and crispy-skinned on the outside. The only problem is that it can be quite dangerous.
Then again, you could just do what I do to cook turkey - make an herb butter (1 stick of butter mixed with your choice of herbs, normally garlic, salt and black pepper... plus italian seasoning if you like that type of flavor) and then spread that between the skin and the breasts (aka separate the skin from the breast and spread it under the skin, being careful not to tear the skin). Then spread the rest of the herb butter evenly over the skin. Then you just cook it in the oven like normal and bam - juicy turkey with crispy skin AND it didn't need basting.
