Patpong Night Market is on Silom road. In the evening, this lively market is a great place to shop for souvenirs, fake brand name items and cheap goods and to visit Bangkok’s infamous “adult entertainment area.”
Silom road is one of major business district in Bangkok, with glistening skyscrapers all boasting the names of financial institutions. After nightfall the character of the place changes considerably though: the small alley between Silom Road and Surawong Road come alive with people out for a good time, including the infamous den of sleaze that is Patpong.
