Have you tried the Biplane tanks sold by Scott Prescott? Clarence Witt designed and got the STC approval several years ago. I just installed them in my J-3 that I'm converting to a PA-11. Everything I read said they are a superior in construction and fit to the wag tanks. Looking at the tank you're installing, and comparing to the ones I just installed, I have to agree, with what I had previously read. They're 12 gallons too, can install one or two tanks.
Good work on these videos. Can I suggest you cover what it takes to get a Cub to have the 1220 max gross weight? I’ve read the paperwork from the Cub Club about it, but would like to see specifically which gear bolts and items are needed.
