Farum Azula tutorial DLC Poggies This video was a ton of work but I loved every second of it. If you would want more longer videos and challenges like this and I would appreciate if you could show me by liking and / or commenting! Any ideas for another one like this?
Regarding the Draconic Tree Sentinel outside Leyndell, I think it might've disappeared due to you killing the one in Farum. I've personally wrongwarped to Leyndell before and the Morgott ward has been there for me, so I have a theory that killing the other one in Farum before it will actually circumvent it, but this is just a theory and I don't have actual proof atm. I'm curious to try it tho. The other possibility is just that he doesn't exist if the capital has been destroyed.
yeah, it disappears when leyndell turns into the ashen capital. its actually the only boss fight you can miss in the whole game, if you take the deeproot depths teleporter to skip past it and dont go back to fight it before the end of the game
@@beef6996 but you can always come back and do the raya lucaria bosses no matter how far into the game you are, whereas the draconic tree sentinel straight up becomes unavailable if you progress the story to the end
Can confirm Draconic Tree Sent is there for me and there is a fog wall door from the inside heading out of the capital via reaching the capital via the end of Fia's questline without ever entering Altus Plateau ( Limgrave, Caelid, and Liurnia were the only places I've been to so far.
I once got into Leyndell without beating the draconic tree sentinel. It's been a while so I forgot how exactly, but iirc there's a teleport in darkroot depths that will take you there. And when I backtracked out of Leyndell, the Sentinel was nowhere to be seen
So this means her (Apparently Tree Sentinels, not just Loretta, are female. Or at leas the Limgrave one is.) giant shield and colossal weapon are missable. How interesting.
I wonder if grabbing the ruptured crystal tear in the consecrated snowfield and then using the ruptured crystal tear skip to fall from the Altus Plateau to Liurnia could have been an option ?
God I’d love if they implemented a way to have a randomised starting area in the game. Having a rogue-lite mode with randomised spawns would be amazing.
About the Draconic Tree Sentinel disappearing; this is actually just a result of Leyndell burning down. If you reach the point of Leyndell burning down without having fought the Draconic Tree Sentinel (either through reaching Leyndell by the teleporters or otherwise just sequence breaking the game like in this run), the Draconic Tree Sentinel disappears. To my knowledge, they're the only boss that (without glitches, mind you) can become inaccessible depending on how you progress through the game.

Even when draconic sentinel is there, you can always backtrack there and hop off the bridge to the left, right before the fog-wall that's still there because the sentinel is there still.
I dont always like your other videos but this one is great from start to finish! About going to Liurnia it reminds me of a future (from your perspective) ymfah video that uses a very specific spot to wrong wrap to beginning of ruin presipice.
At 7:35 I noticed your sky also "flickers" or "flashes" like it does in my game. Out of all of the great things in this video, this one detail caught my attention because I've been dreading the idea that I had damaged my graphics card. Thank you Levi!

Bro, I don't even need to lose any challange to go 100% Dark Souls 2. I brought that upon on my self by playing Elden ring and 100%'ing that game. Then i went and bought every other Fromsoft souls- like game, and now i am trying to 100% them all, it took me 8 days to 100% Ds1, and after doing the dlc in DS1 ofc, i'll go and 100% DS2. I didn't knew to what kind of torture i was bringing my self, until i checked what achivements i have to complete to 100% DS2. I feel like it's gonna take me a loooooooooot of time to do that. Gotta say bye to my Vacations.
I honestly don't know why enemies in Farum Azula give such low souls. The kindreds of rot in the haligtree give over 10,000 each and theyre not even as hard to kill
So, besides the obvious 100% achievements, to get all items in DS2 it involves killing 1000 random invaders and invading (and winning) 1000 times. This gets two the +2 versions of certain rings. Alternatively, you could just have someone drop you a copy as well
Dark souls 2 100% is impossible, isn't it? Unless they turned servers back on, you're not gonna be able to get the ring of thorns+2 because you need to win 1000 invasions
These kinds of videos, I care about if it's possible but I'd also love to watch the successful attempt on each boss fight... It feels dissatisfying to hear 10 reasons why the boss is near-impossible, only to see him die in less than 10 seconds as you only show a fraction of the fight.
I can see where you are coming from but I am also afraid most people wouldnt enjoy watching bosses as they have seen them so often by now, especially if its "just" no upgrades, maybe fist only or something crazy would make more sense
You can 100% DS2 offline. Any covenant items that are impossible offline can be bought from the ghost guy at the start of Drangleik castle once you hit NG++.

my strategy for godskin duo as Rune Level 1 was: Bernahl (make sure he often self-heals) and 4 sleep pots. Just hope his AI actually acts smart.

I almost have 100% Dark Souls 2, however the rest is virtually impossible because the spells I need are from multiplayer covenants...
You can 100% ds2 (in terms of achievements) even offline but it takes considerable amount of time to farm covenant items
