Even though blind is one of the most challenging skulls it's also my least favorite due to a reason completely unrelated from challenge. It breaks my immersion so much. Not having a hud I could deal with. Not having an ammo counter, I could deal with. Not seeing my shield I could deal with. Not having a radar I could deal with. But not being able to see my guns? Completely immersion breaking. I despise blind for that.
I agree. I don't even think it adds a challenge more than just artificially making the game stupidly frustrating. One thing is adding challenge, making strategic moves (like when the AI has more health, and when you can't pick up an enemy's gun). Another thing is making the game frustrating.
Juan Manuel Correa challenges tend to be frustrating..... honestly I think it’s amazing and just makes LASO that much more difficult. We started our LASO experience on Halo Reach and after the first mission it’s safe to say this is going to be one hell of a wild ride. Can’t wait to start Halo 2 LASO
That is exactly why I play as a female. Years ago in Halo 3 matchmaking I stuck an opponent's katana on their Hayabusa armor and ever since then I've made my character/armor as small as possible. It's a bummer the smaller hitbox doesn't save you from a giant plasma bomb.
@@DetroitOddballs I don't think it makes a huge difference. I play as a male spartan on multiplayer and i have never felt a disadvantage on that regard. For an instance the heads of both Female and Male are the same size. As long as you aim for headshots it's all the same. As for the armour pieces you maybe right (But still i personally prefer using Emile's shoulders or carters, i like my Spartan to look as heavy armour as possible). Not to mention as ridiculous as it sounds female spartans have a bigger booty. Making The lower part of their bodies a bit more easy to shot. Ether way great video, looking forward to part 2 xD.
Watching this after your Halo 2 LASO run is wild. Is Reach really this easy?? I know it was a pain for me in solo Legendary, but that means nothing cause I didn't even want to attempt Halo 2 Legendary without a friend. This series makes me feel like a little kid again cause it brings back all the fun I had with friends when these games were still new. Someday, someday I'll snatch those LASO achievements too
Reach LASO is pretty darn easy to speed run. Watch the rooster teeth LASO run and you’ll notice that running away is a viable option sometimes. Levels like Nightfall is one of the hardest levels on LASO, but they used the speed run tactics to literally complete it in 10 minutes
Why were there so many elites at the top of the Spire? Every time I've run that level, even LASO, there's only ever one sword elite and a handful of grunts. That's was just not even fair.
I had the exact same issue with the paddles for my elite controller, motherfucker was in the HALLWAY next to my room when I found it. My door was closed.
Detroit Oddballs lol but that mission took me 4 hrs to do it solo cuz of those fucking wraiths especially at the end of that mission I guess I can say you got lucky because those elites did not miss a single shot or a grenade throw was the worse I died like 20 times on that part I’m lucky my controller is not broke cuz how bs they killed me!
Detroit Oddballs yeah, much of them benefit the player. Like faster unit ability refreshes and starting with more money. There are also some that give the enemy units extra veteran level. Plus the silly ones.
We had to switch from Mixer to Twitch for recording our games and we didn't notice the Twitch settings were wrong until after we were done. Our next video shouldn't look like complete ass.

How are you guys playing this without the noob combo.... Bullets literally do no damage unless it's a precision headshot... Reach is the one and only laso I've completed thus far and without a plasma pistol I would have burnt my xbox

Save and quit whenever you die 🙂 you can resume from the last checkpoint. Basically making iron no big deal (unless you forget)

Halo reach is the only game I finished laso in without dying back in the day with the 360. Halo 2 is the most brutal one of them all though.
