Seeing the rides they have nowadays and the work involved in putting them up and down, plus the cost to buy or rent the rides, wages, traveling around I just dont know how they make any money, everyone works so hard,, 10 out 10 for this video its the one i have ever seen
Thanks for the comment it's very hard work if the weather is fine they can make a living at fairs like this one im glad you enjoyed watching the video thank you 👍
At a guess they make a good bit of money through the bigger gatherings? The Goose fair and Hull fair is the big earnings.. Then all the smaller ones around town's is a bonus. But like everything else, they've had to put up their prices. Cost on maintenance, fuel and generators etc.. They have to match the price of them. It all depends on the attraction also. There was about 7 different Waltzer rides at Hull this year I think? 3 or 4 Tagada rides. And a few Boosta rides. If you have a certain particular ride that is unique, your on to a winner! I've noticed that the Waltzer rides are all unique in their own way, but, a Waltzer ride is just a Waltzer ride. In my opinion the one that sticks out the most for me is the Atmosphere Creator! Albert Evans Waltzer is just incredible. And, I might be a bit bias. Because I use to love it back in the 90's🙌 But it must cost them so much these days. I do wonder what keeps them going 🤔😬🎪🎡🎢🙏☀️

very impressive throughly enjoyed this 👍 . what time was the video shot ?
Thank you glad you enjoyed watching the video 👍 I filmed the pull down from 9pm - 2am 👍
@@ForeverFunfairsUK2520 wow thanks for the info I appreciate it
No problem 👍
How did you get them to alow you to film this
Alot of the showmen know me but anyone can film it thanks for watching 👍
How long does pull down take ?
Like I mean the faster the ride is taken down and put on the road the better right
It's a big fair so could have filmed all night but most showmen need to get to another ground so faster the better 👍
How long is it before "pull down" begins after "doors close"
Pull down started at 9pm
thank you
Thanks for watching 👍
Is star flyer going back to fantasy island
Yes it's mellors ride so be going back to Fantasy Island 👍
Who checks to make sure these rides are safe by the way ?
Like do rides get check at every venue by health and safety ?
The rides are ADIPS tested and the showmen check them also
