That’s a really nice layout for a 3-2 in 1,500 square feet. And the backyard really is nice. I like that the pool is a perfect rectangle so you can do laps in it (many laps to make 500 meters, but at least they’d be nice and straight 😊). And it’s pretty private for having so many houses close by. Good price for a good house.
Nice home Mike. It’s nice seeing a hi E with a pool that you can swim laps in of so inclined. Wow you did a complete 180 in the transportation department. I like it! Good luck with it!
As usual, a comprehensive and informative showing of a substantial house. So glad that you are happy with your new vroomvroom ... as an urban pedestrian those vehicles scare me.
Congrats on the 🛻 truck Mike🎆 LOVELY !!!! trucks are one of these things that you hang on to for a good while, there was always one or the other at my parents house for about 35yrs, they have a comforting feeling about them like a big pet…and I felt safer driving one, than a sedan 🚘 The property is quite versatile… certainly a great deal indeed! Greetings and blessings to you all from the Caribbean 🌞🌴🌺🐬🐳😇🛸🍹😽💗 M
lol. Lifted truck. Classic Kona move. We have all been there. It’s a right of passage. Better to get it out of your system than to always wonder. A couple Maks runs in your future. Enjoy.
Wow, another lovely home, Mike! GLAD you ditched the TESLA. There's a saying in the Pacific Northwest about TESLA. Not appropriate for this forum, though. Beautiful home. ❤❤
The backyard checks out. I'm not a fan of the layout, it reminds me of a condo. But who cares what I think, I won't be buying a $1.2m house anytime soon. I still enjoyed the video!
@@5L0AN1E Here are the issues I had with the car. 1. Glass top roof is fine and all but it causes intense heat inside, without adding to the driving experience at all from the front seats. That heat caused a cascade of issues 1a. center console covering (vegan leather) literally melted. 1b. with that glass top there is no interior dome light so when you access the car at night, you can see anything. 1c. The intense heat means you have to make sure to turn on the AC before you get in the car, which leads me to the #2 thing, AC issues. App is buggy and about 15% of the time turning on the AC failed, and when you got in the car, it would be 145 degrees. Because it uses a heat pump, there's just no way to cool it quickly. AC issue 2b is that an update about 9 months ago changed how it works on Auto, and created a high, medium, low auto feature. However, there was no consistency to the speed on any one setting. Today high would be howling, and tomorrow high would be so low you could not hear it, while the AC was set at 65 and it was 90 in the car. Continuing, the automatic windshield wipers were inconsistent. About once a week they would just come on when glare from the sun hit the windshield. So, you'd turn off the auto wipers. Inevitably, it would rain (I'm in Hawaii after all) and of course your wipers are off so you would have to manually turn them on. BUT that's on the screen after you hit 2 buttons, while taking your eyes off the road! Horrible design. Adjusting the vents are on the screen. Opening the glove box is on the screen. And, speaking about the screen, the placement is just horrible as a solo driver information system. I know middle screens are everywhere, but every other car has the basics above the steering wheel. If you glance down for speed or whatever, you can do that as fast as your eye moves. But on a Tesla you have to turn your whole head to the right the see the screen, and that is slower. Eventually you just blank it out. The suspension sucks really bad. When I had a $90k Model S, my wife's Honda had a better ride. A $90k car should have sport, comfort, winter mode for driving (not just chill for speed) and should have vented seats, among other lux features. Annnnd, let's talk autopilot. It's a big fail. Yes, it is the best, but it will never be what they claimed unless they move to lidar. The camera based system see ghosts. 4 times when driving from Waikoloa to Kona on a 2 lane 55 mph highway, the car signaled and started to go into oncoming traffic. With head on closing speeds of 120mph, with how slow the camera is to catch things, under no circumstances should it ever drive into oncoming lanes, especially when there are cars. There's more, but my fingers are getting tired. :)
@@HawaiiRealEstatethat was the most honest review of a Tesla I've ever read and I never even thought about the sunroof!! How is the gas mileage on the truck?
Gorgeous truck!!!! Yasss do a video on it :)
It is a nice truck!
Always the best homes. Love it ! And congrats on the new ride 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Awwww nice! Needed this.... below freezing with windchill here in Dallas. 😁 Yeah do a video on the new wheels!
Nice house Mike, like how neat, tidy and well maintained it is.
Cool truck, congrats. I do love to seat higher than the sedans. And trucks are so practical.

Very well priced home! Has the perfect combo of view, pool and mid way between Kona and the resorts of Waikola. Like the colour of your new wheels.

I’m glad you like the house!
Beautiful truck! Love the color! Home is nice but doesn’t have the Hawaii feel that I would personally want. But the price is on key!
Thanks Mike, great video, nice new truck I like it. That place would be practical and perfect for me and my dog. Happy New Year to you and Lisa.
Happy New Year to you too!

I dont need the exact number but im guessing theres some pretty high taxes and registration fees for that truck on the Islands!.
It's the same for a truck as it is in the other car
@HawaiiRealEstate yeah I looked it up,its waaaaay better than California. Thats why I moved to nevada.
You know what they say about guys with trucks like that
Nothing like a Truck.
seems expensive for the size...i feel like we ve seen much bigger for that price on the channel...

Great truck, much better than that electric garbage 💯
@@twinsonic the electric park is good because it's super fast but the problems are actually with the way that car is built and designed
@@HawaiiRealEstate Sorry Mike, but You think a ford has a better build quality? What was the real issues? As a former Tesla employee I’m curious…
