I’ve got a 70cc dr evo piaggio engine moped, I dont know how’d you answer this but, my whole setup is polini highspeed, polini 3g clutch and polini evo II clutch bell, what types of springs and rollers would you recommend best?
It depends as if you go light on rollers your rpm range is hitting much faster and with heavy rollers they are able to help your speed up without hitting rpm to fast as on my bike being what it is I went with heavy weights and sence my bike is a cruise bike I went with green barely above stock for my smaller springs as well as a yellow 1,500 rpm spring as my big 2,000 red and 3 small red springs were like a full on drag racing clutch hitting the rpm hard and fast so I went back to more factory with a taller gear! Your polini I believe is adjustable by tightening or loosing the springs in the clutch which I have one on the 150cc and it's Awsome with the red big 2000 rpm spring along with a 2 stage clutch or where there is two different settings to rpm to open and closed to. Hopefully it's making sence what I'm saying
I see you've already watch my video with my 150cc with stock gears but polini 3g clutch with 2,000rpm spring and 2 setting clutch open and close setting which is nice on this bike I use a mix of heavy and light weights of 2 different weights every other one say like 10 and 6 every other pattern to give good mix of top and bottom performance
Is it any better than original clutch?
Way better as its the best clutch I've ever used on my gy6. And for the price you can't beat it. Especially when you can tune it to a more aggressive grab or less for occasional riding so it's great across the board
