Hey lloyd not sure if you will see this comment or not but man you should so a nurse/doctor checkup visit. The first like 10 minutes would be the nurse checking your blood pressure and getting you information and then leaves so the doctor can now see you :)
I’ve actually done similar to these but not an all in one, perhaps I shall though....stay tuned my friend!
