I clean mine this way as per video daily after my practice .. when it gets too slippery I roughened it up with the other way. I also do dilute castor oil with water after roughening.. sometimes vitamin e
Nope. That doesn't do anything. I don't know any pro who does it this way. May as well give 'em a French Kiss. GENTLY the other way to scuff 'em up a bit to regain the grip.
