Manufacturers should be punished for designing unrepairable technology, legislators have failed to protect consumers from this bs. Don’t buy a Zoe, I work for a company that breaks EVs and we see loads of Zoes written off because they’re an uneconomical repair. If you live beside EV clinic it might not be so much of a problem but we have taken a few from main dealer’s because of motor faults etc
One more question - if the old peb is not readable so you cannot extract the data, maybe it’s covered in coolant and corroded or for some reason there is no comms, can you get the vin from the car and write it to a used peb to make the used one work with the car? I’m guessing there are checkdigits etc in the data? rotor angle and position isn’t important, that’s easy to code or the car can learn. Thanks.
@@adnanimamovic9313 VAG respects warranty and pretty fresh car. Repairs which we conduct is on vehicles 10-12 years old. Only mercedes arrive with 20,000km and declined warranty
