Heard this place all are strong issit 2nd Rank of Each Japanese Regime maybe? Looks real: Structures are Invested(they Traded for It) to appear as Non-Japanese. Means they will want to live Stronger. Means Bukit Timah will be 3rd Rank. It's quite obvious by the story it will be like that.
