Thighting the bolt doesn’t cut it. You need a special tool to adjust the bolt to a special torque. Not a DIY technical guide, sorry. It should be, I think.

EBay steering wheel from Ukraine, not OE. Some of those look better than OEM, and If OEM isn’t your thing, it’s a much cheaper alternative.
