Great question. I will need to have the actuall pass through measured. Standard interior door sizes should be 32". But the pass through is actually less beause of the stop and the hinge. Swing away hinges installed on the doors will give you almost an extra 2" in some cases. Some doors may be less such as the bath. Something else to consider is the floor. This house does have a lot of carpet. As with any house, you would make an offer based on what you may need to spend to get the house adjusted to your needs. After I get the measurements, I will reply here. Thanks.

The pass thru for the front door is 35" and 32" for the bath and bedrooms. The front bedroom is a double door as seen in the video.
