The frustrating part is that because those kids are toxic, they love to see other people get mad, so they’ll just keep doing it. They are fueled by other people’s anger. So if you get angry, they’ll keep doing it. If you don’t have a reaction, they’ll still keep doing it, and maybe they’ll even step it up to get noticed more. There is no win.
They should just get banned and/or lose a few locker items..

They call every person they go up against dog water and they have 0 ping because their parents figured out if they paid for the higher internet bill, their kid would behave. They don’t come out of their room and sit in creative all day doing zone wars unless they’re playing ranked or a tournament, but it’s worth the effort and the pure controller abuse. To be good at fortnite, you have to time and punish your keyboard or controller. Watch Mongraal from maybe Season 7 or 8 era. He was probably clicking his edit bind 5 times a second and snapping his wrist to edit

Ninja is why these little kids are even as good as they are to begin with. Competitive became a thing because Ninja brought so much traction to the game which allowed events like the world cup to happen, which gave the motivation for these people to get better at the game, myself included. Hell the first competitive event in the game's history was hosted by him. Unlike most of these little kids I can actually give respect where it's due, game wouldn't be half of what it is without him.

I couldn’t agree more. I’ve started to play again to see what’s changed. I stopped playing about season 8 when creative became such a staple for zone wars and edit courses etc. I’ll admit the sbmm kind of helps, but as someone that used to play the game day in day out since season 1 up till season 8, it doesn’t work because the newer players have just grinder enough to be the same career level as me. I can’t compete anymore and the drive to play the game has just fallen off for not only me but so many other people. Ceeday, Fearless, Tfue, the entire of tsm, and a lot of the original fortnite faze team doesn’t play anymore. It’s extremely sad to see because it had so much potential as a chilled out cartoony br game for everyone to just enjoy with friends. Then the introduction of these modes like creative allowed people to improve at excelled rates instead of natural progression which ultimately leads us to now. The games unplayable man, soon enough it’s gonna be a thing of the past. They don’t even know they’re losing more concurrent players then they are gaining. Could’ve been so much more but they devoted their focus to competition.

He might be an influencer, but no one man is “slightly responsible” for other people’s behaviour. A lot of people today are spoilt with gaming and other tech being more accessible, appealing and affordable, therefore they feel entitled, therefore raging is more common when things don’t go their way, and it’s mostly kids w/ poor parenting. I think anyone pinning the blame on others are part of the problem why toxicity occurs because, again, no one can/will see how being privileged has changed before 2018. No one cared in the early and late 2000s because people had fun and didn’t care, today, everything is competitive and the whole cringe “cancel culture” is booming

Whenever people play Fortnite, or upload Fortnite content they are shamed for playing Fortnite and are treated as those toxic kids. NOT ALL KIDS, but the toxicity and certain behavior within fortnite has generated a stereotype that generalizes most fortnite players. I don't mind Fortnite, but don't shame all people playing fortnite. The game Fortnite is fine, its just certain people within the community creating such sad realities.

I agree and disagree, some people worked for the skill to build and its a main part of the game but then again building is so sweaty its pretty unbearable
@username PREACH srsly tho it’s clear that the community is too split between comp and casual for Epic to do anything without making at least one side lose their crap. But imo separate game modes is the solution. A game mode targeted towards people who just want classic, non-frustrating, non-stressful, non-sweaty, and ESPECIALLY non-toxic Fortnite fun. I just hate the fact that the common demographic of the game now is this:
* Insult everyone, regardless if they deserve it or not
* Call the guy who clearly beat you fair and square trash constantly
* Call someone trash for literally every action they do even if they completely contradict each other (example: “you’re so trash you shoot down all the time” *literally 30 seconds later* “you’re so trash you’re camping high ground”)
* If people can’t beat you by box fighting, editing at the speed of light, or basically any tactics used by a build god, then that makes them trash, despite that they clearly show that their own unique and different tactics are both effective and skillful. (And, y’know, actually FUN)

I took a month breaks came back like I was new to the game and I just wanted to do some solos in normal games and have fun. I played 34 games in the past week and won 0 times and haven’t even gotten better. What I’m saying is it’s hard to take a break and come back to get the skills back if you can’t practice of an actual game. To many sweats.
The worst sweats are the ones who laugh and dance on you for no reason.

To be honest, Ninja is the reason everybody on Fortnite is so sweaty. He made all these little kids think they could do it as a full time job. Now they all waste their lives playing Fortnite all day everyday. Chapter 4 has pretty much removed all skill with things like the Hammer, Excalibur, and the worst one, the Deku Smash. It’s not even a shooter anymore. It’s a total child’s game. Anybody who actually likes to be skillful at games has moved on to games like Valorant.

Whats even sadder is that sweats infest casual lobbies or game modes that are supposed to be fun but then make the experience more stressful, idk why they can’t play in competitive matches probably cuz they get shit on in those games so they go into casual ones but that’s my speculation anyway

The worst part about fortnite rn is the fact that i gotta fight 10 try hards just to win a game in a PUB match, 1 or 2 i understand but its getting ridiculous, i fight a bunch of empire state building mfs to get my health blasted down to 50 on the last one i kill so i can get one shotted by the only bot that finally decides to come out of the bush hes hiding in, you know how hard it is to stay at 200 health after fighting a whole bunch of cracked players. Its nearly impossible.
@@DuskfoxOfficial Im pretty sweaty as well wont lie i use alot of piece control techniques i honestly call anyone who can build and edit a try hard because its not really a disrespectful term, to me atleast. i just try not to build into the sky especially without any redeploy or bounce pads but yeah man its rough, feel like even pro players had a problem with this and thats why some quit. Just makes no sense in a br game when you only have one life if everyone is cracked your forced to either camp or just play for kills untill you die or get lucky i guess, ive had games where ive ran threw every sweat i came across but it was bc rng was on my side that game and i was able to find heals, doing that consistently is impossible.
I miss 2017 Christmas fortnite. I would give everything to go back to that :(

His reaction to dying compared to rons is the reason his fan base don’t wanna watch him play the game dying doesn’t mean you need to get salty you can make it entertaining aswell
The thing is he can’t anymore. It’s physically draining for him. They used to watch him get win after win, and being happy seeing him with a smile on his face. Now, things such as 8:58 happen to him and it’s just humiliating. He made the game mainstream and he can’t even play anymore.
Edit - he used to be able to make it entertaining when nobody was sweaty. He used to mess around with defaults with the boogie bombs and such. How is he gonna do that now when everyone literally milks this game for cash.

I think overall, Fortnite has failed in many ways, from speed building in a mode meant for focusing on killing players as you are surviving to become the only survivor to having the problem with dying by the storm that covers the island to quickly.
I love how everyone assumes that Fortnite sweats are no life, brainless kids who haven't touched grass in years, this is a new stereotype and for the most part is false, I'm not a sweat myself but I can see where they're coming from, they worked to get how good they are now and want to make some money out of it, sure they are sometimes toxic, but what's the point of emotes if they aren't for that?

Okay, let me speak from a realistic standpoint here. Let’s say you are a child, which is the majority of the Fortnite community. You wake up at 7:30 am and get to school at 8:30 am. You have 7 hours of school time during the day and then you have nothing else to do. At 3:30 pm , you play for 12 hours with short breaks. At 3:30 in the morning, you can only get 4 hours of sleep. That’s a very unhealthy amount of sleep. I don’t agree with playing for that long as fine. The obsession for being good is definitely from the competitive side of fortnite and it’s earnings. Toxicity is from the drive of being the best and lowering the pride that others have in their skill. The problem is the toxic community, but what is the source? It’s their inspiration and the fuel to more competitive gameplay: Streamers and Epic Games. There isn’t a way to prevent streamers, but Epic Games could’ve definitely balanced gameplay. Choosing popularity with the competitive players over the overall fairness and fun of the game was a huge problem. I guess the tried to balance it but they really shouldn’t have. If Fortnite never had earnings, the game would be less sweaty. The unique aspects of the game would still drive in players even without the thought of earning money. Earnings are feeding players pointless hope, because when the game does eventually die and Epic stops updating and hosting events, then what? There isn’t anything to work for anymore. There can still be wagers I guess, but that’s more of a minority group. It’s crazy to see such a huge game with great potential fall so hard. Even one of the most known Fortnite streamers quit. It’s Saddening. I enjoyed the game at one time and was driven away from the point that the game is less combat and more survival. I honestly believe that creative was a great addition. Looking past fighting, it does inspire creativity (the name) and I think we look past that too often. The challenges of death runs, fun horror maps, and music. They just kind of faded away because of the 1v1 and aim trainer maps. Now that the community is so far into this state, Epic will never fix their game now. There is basically no hope for Fortnite anymore. I just hope they surprise me.
I come back with the boys playing squads and it’s just not fun anymore. Like the items are fun but all these kids care more about this god damn game then anything else. I tried to play this game with my friends but I just can’t. I run into these kids that grind this dumb game. They can’t fix the players so it’s kinda dead. I started playing this game like the 5th day it was out and now it’s just not fun to play. I’d rather play something else.

Nah you don’t get it. His point is that epic games has turned fortnite into a game that’s about competition and toxicity rather than fun. His point is that it’s getting so toxic and so sweaty that you can’t have fun while playing the game cuz you’re always in build battles with crazy edits. It’s not fun. And if you say it’s fun how it is now, you’ve clearly never played the first 5 seasons

Fortnite was such a good game for all generations! It was so much fun. But they killed the game and I tell you what it is, its not community, map, weapons. Its fucking sweats. If you are not really good at this game, quick mechanics and good ping, its almost impossible to kill somebody who is just sitting in a box. Its so hard, every fight takes so long that you get 3rd partied all the time. Its just no fun at all. I dont know why developers dont have this idea themselves but a mode without autobuild would be so fun!
