On August 8th at the public hearing in Radford and on the 10th, at an informal meeting with DEQ Director Paylor in Newport, citizens voice their concerns on the hazards to the regions water resources should the Mountain Valley Pipeline and the Atlantic Coast Pipeline be approved. Denial of Section 401 Water Certification would block both pipelines from crossing Virginia.
