It sucks when the best song on the project is something they produced back in 2016 and just now got released.... We will never get something like Burn Up from him, some of his songs just sound lazy now

IMO, as a die hard BG fan since the old Ruined Dubstep EP, Pain and Burn Up are the only really great tracks here. Eulogies could have been too if it has less awful vocals. Every other tracks are a bit mid or gave the disapointing feeling that Borgore did not put that much effort into it. Lack of intro, lazy build up, weak bass ... Lot of good ideas but poor execution overall.
And Mucho Cash must be the worst song he ever produced. Absolute garbage like htf can he hear that fucked up drop and think it sounds good. It's not filthy gorestep it just sounds bad.
Maybe I'm missing the point of the album but The Art of Gore was way better IMO. :(

Love the honest comment you left! You nailed it, couldn’t have said it better myself. Maybe this project will get him to open his eyes and the next time around will be significantly better in terms of narrative cohesion and diligent production.
@@craylub I'm pretty sure every of those drop will sound fire in festival with 100k watts of bass and quick transitions (Hey Kids for exemple). But you need more ... "material" to release them as complete track. And that's where I feel like he took big shortcuts...

Like I never really thought about it like so but you are right, there are tracks that are meant to be produced with live shows in mind while some need to be produced with the notion that it will go onto a body of work that people will listen to over and over again.
