you can buy small turbines used in plants that capture excess process steam and make power with it. There's a reason they cost as much as they do.

Okay, if the principle could be reduced to nano level, then the Tesla House would have a new dimension of efficiency I originally missed. If a plug-and-play greenhouse shell with vents and pressure equalization throughout were lined with both mini solar panels that follow the sun AND mini turbines to harness wind, converting the heat, wind and electrical energy into pressure for turbine/electrical system charging would be feasible. Rain barrels and storage cells for water in the walls, ceiling and floors make that a seasonal switch to optimize thermodynamic efficiency. Loss at each level MUST be math modeled in 3D before we can talk about real-world applications. But that is the best domestic energy solution, a house that works like a cell. Nature is the battery, and solar panels and micro turbines protected from the elements would last longer.

We tried solar panels but their energy is so limited that it takes an astronomical amount of them panels. Should try the use of lenses for direct energy. The energy produced by the lenses is unbelievable. Even a piece of titanium steel cannot take the high-density heat light bean from the lenses. Thinking a lot of technology going into common solar panels when a little bit of research should be done on these lenses. The power is 5 times as much and as a kicker doesn't need to be housed in a battery, if one is using the heat from the beam of light to heat a boiler that generates power for electric generation. Cutting the need for natural gas Coal so on exedra as a power source for the main objective of generating electricity.See where a guy is trying to purchase a steam powered power plant that was decommissioned and put up for sale. His plan is to use the old Steam plant as part of a research project of using these lenses and their power to actually give the energy source to steam-power the existing generators in the power plant. Would love to see these investors as well as that gentleman pull that off.We have a setup with the lenses but it's at a hobby level.Cost is the biggest issue with it remaining just at Hobby level on our part. They got some clout and are willing to do the research and fund it.. They've just simply got to get by the regulation system that's so heavily under Fire with environmental issues at this time. Been a while since the post was made but since I see there are real estate companies that actually are listing / 200 close down coal-burning power plants up for sale. The regulation system is the reason why!! EPA and the Sierra club close them for regulation violations due to climate change.

@@edbollett9083 Wow, that is so obvious and yet it has been overlooked by the money driving "innovation." Why didn't anyone try to concentrate sunlight before extracting electricity from it? It's SO much more efficient to focus the source rather than diffuse the receptor. If a design for focused solar extraction could be worked out, then adding lenses would be easy. Some combination of direct sunlight concentration and higher-energy solar panels might wind up being best.
I had a thought a few years ago that I never shared, and just recently I saw a video about it. All of the energy flowing in the pipes of a house is not seen as loss, since the flow of it out of the faucet if the goal. How much in-pipe energy could be harvested at different scales of the water supply? Similarly, the main issue with wind turbines is that the hardware costs a lot to make and breaks down quickly, probably due to the Green Energy manufacturing hustle making everything disposable. I though about tide farms, with a perfectly predictable source of energy. If the hardware is built for sustainability in a marine environment and not quick profits, it might provide a solid energy supplement to coastal populations, I think Scotland is trying it.

you are doing a good job BUT if your fluid gets in liquid phase inside your turbine you are already having trouble, you should work in supercritical temperatures and then condensate the steam outside the turbine to restart the cycle

none of these turbines are made to even withstand the temperatures of dry steam, this is the whole problem with DIY turbines, you can't DIY the metallurgy.

Is it possible to make a closed system. In such a way that the solar energy collected is used to convert water to steam, than thIs steam is used to run a trubine to generate electricity after that the steam is then condensed to water and fed back into the system. The system sould be compact so that i could be installed on the roof of houses.

    - Did you get Energy from Turbine ?
    - Input: Fluid + Gravity + Water Pump.
    - Output: Water + Rotor Energy.
    - did you get extra energy from closed system ? Gravity have to become mechanical Force then transfer to electrons.

So what's the end goal here? I mean the turbine spins at incredibly high RPMs but has nearly zero torque so how will you convert it's kinetic energy in the usable energy? Sorry I am not saying it's not possible I'm just asking you what your goal is. The turbine are very cool and looks like you have put lots of time and "energy" (haha pun not intended lol) so I know you have a plan.
