    Hey Everyone!
I have had my eye on this product for some time. I had a double inguinal hernia repair a few years back and it has limited my physical ability to lift things. I wanted something that I can use to better help me move my bass guitar speaker cabinets without reinjuring myself. plus in general it's a great tool to have. heavy stuff is not getting any lighter and I'm certainly not getting any younger!
This motorized hand truck is under a few different brands. Rcojoy, Riosoc, and Voltstair are the name brands that I was able to research and find. This particular one looks to be serviced by EcoJoy. It comes with a one-year limited warranty. The Model is a Mini-11A. If anything where to fail they should cover it. As far as I can tell the two major wear items are the rubber tracks and the battery. The rubber tracks look pretty stout and thick so I'm sure those should last a long time. Lithium ion batteries always have a limited service life of about 2 to 5 years depending on its usage.
Here are a few links below to the various brand websites.
    EcoJoy: www.ecojoy.net/products/porta...
Riosoc: www.riosoc.com/ ( this model is not currently listed but I believe it is serviced by them through a subsidiary brand name but I could be wrong.)

Thank you so much for such a thorough and detailed review. There aren’t any on UA-cam from a consumer standpoint. I am going to purchase the bigger motor version on Amazon now!

I was going to buy the heavy duty one (400lbs capacity) for carrying materials up and down stairs at work. I think after seeing this I’ll go for it

Yeah looks to be a good value for the money. Spare parts I'm not so sure but as long as they are still in business I'm sure you can get parts like the tracks

@@Bassguitarist1985 this is neat and I'm looking to buy one. How is it going for you now? Are the battery and the motor still yielding top performance?

@@bachhaphong7619 yes it is! Using it very often! Battery capacity is still great! Been moving my 62lb and 75lb bass cabinets with ease! Really saves the back!
When the battery starts to wear out I'll do a video on replacing it.
