You gotta make sure the base of your red doesn’t have yellow or any other pigments because it fades it has to be a deep red or burgundy then brown black and then jet black 😮💨 a lit ik but 🤷🏽♀️
I was thinking like a orange red semi Demi not permanent color then use permanent black dye because the black will grab that orange I’m speaking from with a license not trying to come at anyone her ends are also very porous so she is not going to get a exact color
Not saying listen to me, but I do hair. Plus I have been doing curly, coily and kinky hair since I was 11. I would say, add more moisture to your routine. Sometimes grease just acts as a barrier. Conditioning (leave in conditioner) agents are best. But you have to find one that works for your texture and porosity. I personally use the Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Leave in. But my texture is different and porosity is probably different. But it's worth a try. For people who don't wear there hair out, having that kind of hydration is uncomfortable because they usually wear it braided or straight. But your ends can get better if you keep them conditioned. As it grows trim them little by little. Are you going natural? If so I would love to see your journey. It would bring another kind of content to your channel as well.
For the green, try red to get it out then black. As for dye, I know you said that you don't want to try another brand but kiss temptation color line is really good. I highly recommend.
i’ve been watching you for years and you bring the best content. you have such a variety on your channel and that’s why i’m still here 💗 love you tayyyy
@13:24 Nothing that a good set of twists can’t fix Tay! You don’t even have to dye your hair unless you truly want to. Shoot, even try to flat twist the front in like 4 or so little sections and boom lmao 👍🏽❤️ It looks beautiful. Do you know how many WOC have multi-colored fros!? Rock that shiiiiiit.
Oh and a major key I learned to mastering twist outs is to let it dry then unravel WITH the twist from the ends, around your finger; not against the grain like August Alsina 😂 Factual though. They’ll just pop and separate on their own.
You really just be freestyling with these videos on trying things and they most of the time always work out! I loveeee how it looks! The green threw me off tho 😭
Girl your crazy LOL! Someone doing tape ins THAT HAS MY EXACT TEXTURE is everything! I cant thank you enough! It has nothing to do with it being short. I seen someone with the same texture that was a mini fro, its the texture you used. I bought yaki kinky straight and I think it will do okay. How many bags did you use??
😍😍🥰😍😍 AHHH it came out soooooo good!! Watching you is hella therapeutic!! && A family member permed my hair too without my Granny permission after I told her I couldn’t have them 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️but shii our heads FLOSSIN STILL 🤪🤪🧡💗💗
The first thing I thought when the video started was that your natural hair was beautiful and you looked gorgeous with it. it made me a little sad to hear you disparaging it. Your natural hair is beautiful.
Afros are tight coils combed or stretched out. I don’t know why there is a misconception that 4C type isn’t or doesn’t curl bc it definitely does… naps are just tight coils and if your hair is water/moisture trained it will most definitely curl up (from my experience I was able to train my hair just sticking to a wash routine and date) and the longer your hair grows the more product you use the more elongated the curls look bc of the weight of the of the product. Bc I follow this black lady with 4C hair and her hair dumb long and now her curls look more defined when she does wash n gos with her gel and products & here come the hair police arguing with her that she isn’t 4C. I just needed to say this 😭🤣 bc the stereotyping be killing me. They act like bc 4C can rock a fro like no other that we only frizz no curl… LIES.
Lmao so I'm dealing with green too. It does that bc you lifted the color out so you need to add some red pigment (a red semi permanent from the same brand) to neutralize the green and then you can put black on top
I like it just fluff the side a little bit so your natural hair can be the same volume as the hair your hair is the same texture you just have more shrinkage thats why some people get shorter length and stuff but this was really good and cute 🥰‼️

Tay Pancake … u should b a comedian I love how u don’t know how to do hair but u try u r sooooo honest…. U have me dying laughing…. I just love ur content
First time here… and I’m dying 🤣 I go through the same thing… it’s always the leave out that won’t corporate and my twist outs are horrible. It’s worse when u gotta go to work next morning… 🙏🏾 🙏🏾 🙏🏾
I think it looks fine and you did a great job. Just give it time. Also if you would’ve dyed it before hand but you didn’t…..but still it turned out great.
Hey I used to die my hair with black box dye but it always washed out too quickly and you could see the copper dye undertneath it XD Soooo recently I tried using a professional hair dye and it's been over a month now and it's still black and I wash my hair a lot. Perhaps you've already tried it but I just wanted to throw it out there, I dont like people touching my hair and I belive everyone can die their hair black without a professional :]
Taylor can braid you need to do a tutorial on it. Your braiding skills are on point. You done lost your comb was funny it was in the back of your head 🤣🤣🤣😩😩
You need to use a permanent hair dye if you want the black be more permanent, it looks like you must have bleached your hair and put a the semi-permanent rinse that has green particles in that's all your hair shows up green and it will always do unless you put red in your or a permanent hair colour that has red tones still black.
Was ur hair completely dry when u started with the blow dryer & did u use a heat protectant? My daughter has 4c hair & just spraying a lil water and/or heat protecting spray 1st makes so much difference
Sis try this Use a darker shade than you normally use … After you’ve applied the hair dye use a plastic cap and sit under a hair dryer for 20-30mins and see if you works Hood-luck sis , yes hood-luck 😆👌🏽
You may need to try permanent dye instead of Demi that will also give you more coverage ; the results definitely remind me of the time I tried tapes on myself as well but you did great😊😂
Wait cuz why that happened to me too my aunt asked me if I wanted a perm when I was younger and me not knowing what a perm was I said yes and she had my scalp crying and I had damaged hair ever since 💀😭
Don’t use semi-permanent hair dye it won’t work and stay. My hair turned green like this too and I used Beigen PERMANENT dye and my hair never changed color it stayed dark brown.
A tip to get the green out, dye your hair red then dye it black. Red cancels out green. Goodbye green lol
was just getting ready to comment this!
this did not work for me, turned my hair purple
She tried that already
You gotta make sure the base of your red doesn’t have yellow or any other pigments because it fades it has to be a deep red or burgundy then brown black and then jet black 😮💨 a lit ik but 🤷🏽♀️

Taylor trying to find the comb while it is stuck in her hair is definitely one of the funniest things I’ve seen today 💀🤣
Swear I do this all the time
Your natural hair looks Absolutely BEAUTIFUL it brings out your eyes so so much!
I couldn't have said it better. She's so pretty!
yessss!
I LOVE how you just go with the flow lol, such a fun, and energetic person to be around. I need friends like you 🥰🥰
You did that!!! And thanks for trying our tape ins.
That shidd didn’t even blend in good you can see where real hair stop at it’s terrible
@@memorylane936 It would look better if she had twisted her hair so it could be a little wavy like the extensions .

Next video should be a trip to a back owned saloon where you can get your hair properly trimmed and colored. Would love that!
omg TAYYYY your lil fro in the beginning looks so cute!!😍 please wear it out more it looks good on you fr fr 💖❤
For the green, try red to get it out then black. As for dye, I know you said that you don't want to try another brand but kiss temptation color line is really good. I highly recommend.

You looked cuyutttteee in the end, I would of teased the ends a little for volume after the twist out but its pretty 😍

She said fight me. Subbed. This is definitely 4c personality ❤❤❤😂😂😂
I want to try this on my type 4 hair also 😂 hope I'm successful as well 😻
👍
i clapped when you said clap. i’m too invested
I’ve been wanting to try this so I’m glad to see you try it first lol

It's not a video without Tyreeka barking in the background. 🤣🤣🐶🐶 Love you Tyreeka and Tay
lets talk about that growth after cutting your hair !!
Your natural hair is so pretty.
Reminding me of Joulzey lookwise, another youtube goddess.
I like it just fluff the side a little bit so your natural hair can be the same volume as the hair your hair is the same texture you just have more shrinkage thats why some people get shorter length and stuff but this was really good and cute 🥰‼️

Spent all day yesterday catching up on your videos and cleaning. Love your content!
Your hair looks so beautiful
We love your
channel Bish!!
layering the hair helps your leave out blend better so there's not so much of a difference between your length and the tape-in length
Tay Pancake … u should b a comedian I love how u don’t know how to do hair but u try u r sooooo honest…. U have me dying laughing…. I just love ur content
I swear I love your personality ❤️

COOOOOOL YOUR TRUE HAIR

While watching this I’m taking my soft locs out and I have to be at work in a few hours.
I click so fast 😍😍
Sis try this
Use a darker shade than you normally use …
After you’ve applied the hair dye use a plastic cap and sit under a hair dryer for 20-30mins and see if you works
Hood-luck sis , yes hood-luck 😆👌🏽
Did you detangle the hair with a brush before you added product?
IT'S GIVING RICK JAMES BIHHH 😭😭
what flat iron did u use it worked amazing on u!
It’s giving billy took me out 😂😂😂
So is this hairstyle permanent? If not can you reuse the tape ins? Or does the glue become less sticky after a while?
You can reuse tape ins, if the hair is good. Just reapply tape. You can buy them on Amazon.
i love your videos i saw you the other day in the mall and i was so surprised
“It’s giving Billie”
Two seconds later: nO ITs NoT, No itS nOt
😂😂😂
The booty smacks LMFAOOOOO kept catching me off guard

I've been so out of the loop didn't even know you got rid of your locs
i just ordered these i’m planning to install them this weekend but i’m scared to wear them to school should i
You may need to try permanent dye instead of Demi that will also give you more coverage ; the results definitely remind me of the time I tried tapes on myself as well but you did great😊😂
I love it and my hair is the same way and my hair is blonde fading out and I’m scared to dye my hair darker and it not wash out
I was just watching ur Miracle berry video😭😭 u should do it again☺️
I think u should cut it into a shape or layers.. that’ll make your short hair blend more i think
I hope you can re use these tape ins girl😭
Wait cuz why that happened to me too my aunt asked me if I wanted a perm when I was younger and me not knowing what a perm was I said yes and she had my scalp crying and I had damaged hair ever since 💀😭
Wow first tim 49 mins yay😍😍
❤️❤️ looks real 💯💯💯💯
Not Billy though 😝🤣🤣😭😭😭😭
Maybe you could add layers to help it blend better?
Nice video Thanks for sharing
We have the same hair type 😊
Update your subscriber milestones in your about section☺️🤟🏾
What is the brand of blow dryer you used
If you want the dye to stick use permanent black
You did a pretty good job though ❗️😁
I'm a 4c.. but black definitely doesn't stay on my hair. I ran to this, I'm tired of getting braids. But I'm transitioning.
Black edge control can help
Just wanna say that Jesus loves you all and died on the cross for your sins. Repent because He’s coming soon!😊
do they last?
Don’t use semi-permanent hair dye it won’t work and stay. My hair turned green like this too and I used Beigen PERMANENT dye and my hair never changed color it stayed dark brown.
I miss the dreads😁😭😭
Use dark and lovely hair dye.
Adore isn’t going to cover that up . Try L’Oréal box dye or any semi permanent . Adore is going to fade away every time .
