They should not ever have it both ways and the government being chummy with any company and favoring them is a hallmark of fascism (Remember Schindler's List?) to be avoided. I am sick and tired of government "Sanctioned Monopolies" for that reason.

I can give an examples of misinformation purveyors: NBC, MSNBC, MSM.
