    Thank you for this video... I'm trying to learn more about this. My sister has this cancer and I'm symptomatic. She/we have the DICER1 gene apparently. My brother had colorectal cancer, and now I guess he needs to watch out for this stuff too. I thought it was just the women. We're all fairly young. 30s and 40s
    From what it seems cystic structures/formations on the ovary can be mistaken for benign regular cysts if no further testing is done?? It seems like you really have to be looking for these the right way to catch it.

      Genetic counseling is an important component of cancer care these days, as your familial shared mutation illustrates. The goal of course is both to aid the patient and to forestall issues for other potentially affected family members. Thanks for sharing your story.
