About the artist:
After performing together for over 10 years, Kelli Jones & Joel Savoy have recorded their first EP together as a duet, “Toi, Tu Joues à L’amour” (“I’m Looking at the World Through Tear Drops”). Both adept fiddlers and guitarists, singing songs in Cajun French and English, these two old souls effortlessly deliver good music, pure and simple.

Absolutely beautiful performance of a beautiful song.
Wow. I am a fiddler from Prince Edward Island, Canada. I habe always mainly played Irish, Scottish/Cape Breton style fiddle. I also play some Acadian music, and love that upbeat French style it has, but cajun is something you do not hear played here much! After hearing this one video of these two brilliant folks, well that may have to soon change!😜 I have always been somewhat Intrigued by all "things Louisiana"; the music, the community spirit of the people, the ACCENT, and oh my...those cool river boats I see on TV! Lol. Sure wished I could be sitting right there for one of those sessions, and boy would I love to see the Violin Shop!! Beautiful, and no idea of its existence!! Anyway, just had to say love these little sessions!! So happy to have come across (so completely in the most random way too LOL) this channel tonight! Cheers!😊
