- You've seen me interview her husband. You've seen it when he went full time into vending. Now! Janessa has quit her full-time job and is vending on the Big Dog® cart while Alex has the Cash Cow®.

So I decided to take the risk and sell without a license. Let me tell you I did really great for being my first day, 50 hot dogs in 2 1/2 hrs. But local code enforcement was called . It was about 9:45 p.m. I understand it’s best to just do it legal. Where do I begin? Please.

The spray that she puts on there is bug spray to keep the bugs away while you eat your hotdog

What am I doing wrong I take a lot of time to make fantastic homemade hotdog chili slaw and all sorts of sauces great dogs I quit my job to go full time and now it only pays for the product and expenses struggling struggling struggling ....

Is she seriously hanging her tongs from the push cart grippers? How sanitary is that? Going back and forth from the handle to food. How is this ok? Does Ben not see this? Eew
Some vendors still hang tongs, I used to. It's not against the rules or codes in some states. As long as tongs working end doesn't touch the handles.
