Years ago I worked at Robb&Stucky and we were commissioned to do several Holmes at the Estates of Lake Nona…..I use to think who on earth would live here…these houses were surrounded by cow fields and nothing else! There was no grocery store No nothing in Lake Nona…and now? They have built a whole city! I still have clients that are moving to lake Nona and when I go out there I’m amazed. I often tell people I remember when this was an open field…with cows.
Useful video- could you please help with me below questions? 1) Which community is better (in terms of resale value and growth ) summer Dale or Laureate Park or Isles of lake nona? 2) resale value of Townhouse vs Single family house? 3) in Summer dale any feature impacts to upcoming Osceola parkway expressway project?
I could watch Lake Nona videos all day. The place looks freaking amazing. Trader Joe’s and SuperTarget definitely need to enter the area though. PS, hoping you run into someone from the West Coast soon. I’d like to hear their thoughts on the area.
We have it narrowed down to Windermere, Clermont, Winter Garden and Dr. Philips. Are there any Pros \ Cons of any of these areas we should be at the lookout for? Thank you.
You can’t compare Clermont winter garden and dr Phillips they are completely different communities. Claremont in my opinion is not something I would even look at. Winter Garden is a very small town feel family oriented community a lot of young families with children. Windermere is your old school money a lot of private schools a lot of super expensive properties and homes this is the area where if you want a $25 million home you go to Windemere. Dr. Phillips is you’re more city artsy vibe. Close to Disney and a ton of traffic.
Your videos are really helpful. It’s great seeing the options. Lots to consider.
Love the Lake Nona area. That whole area is so new and nice!

That gal is jacked up on pure energy
It was infectious! I wanted to run a marathon after hanging out with her
Does anyone have opinions on craft homes here in laureate park is it worth it?
I’m building an investment home with craft personally. Theyre taking forever and blaming the supply chain. That said, they build a good product
@@kenpozek appreciate the response ken keep up the good work bud
