Excellent 1 finger rendition! I wonder how close it is to the original, or if it's worth looking for a ...2 finger version too. I'm a beginner but this might be a good one...still, i could HEAR the original piece, as I listened to this. I could hear it! So, I would say you captured it well.
I tried to keep it as close to the original as I could, the string quartet version I used as a guide had some extra parts that are in the actual song but I didn't think sounded great on piano. I'm glad you like it!

Appart I think it will be a good idea, there is only 2 themes in all UA-cam as that kind of videos, that would bring you a huge advantage tho
