What a great recipe! I wish I had transplanted some sorrel from my father's garden before my brothers sold his house... My dad used to make a similar soup with it. But maybe I will find some sorrel seeds in his collection of garden seeds, which he left to me. My dad taught us how to cook with all kinds of "weeds", actually! I like to make a vinaigrette salad out of young dandelion leaves in the spring. It's almost time for that, here! I also love the little flowers in your yard, and I especially love Lyalya and Ruslana! Lyalya was very funny the way she was talking to you, and when she was getting a hip massage! And Ruslana is so kind and wise... I love them so much! I remember in one of your other videos, there was a beautiful, long-haired cat in the yard. What is the cat's name? Is she yours, or does she belong to a neighbour? Anyway, I must make this soup next. This week I made borshcht, but I used a ham bone and some cubed ham for the base. It turned out very good! Thank you for always inspiring me! Much love! 🩵💛🌻😽🌷
