i'm pretty sure they all know the captain is gay haha (apart from maybe kitty cause she's too "oblivious") e.g. in the scene where he's about to come out they all look like they're just waiting for him to say it and already know, also ben mentioned before that cap's journey is just about self acceptance and realising that everyone around him already knows and loves him no matter what
