The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. At the end of the concert on March 7, 2020 in Riga (Latvia), I asked security guards to take a Portuguese flag to Dimash for him to sign. The security guards were very friendly and took the flag. A few minutes later, a member of Dimash's staff appeared and told me that it was not possible for him to sign the flag because he was leaving for the airport. He gave me a postcard signed by him. I was all happy. And I also went to the airport because I had a plane at 6:00 am to return to Portugal. I arrived at the airport at about 10:30 pm. I knew Dimash had to go to the airport, but I figured he was going through a VIP door. As I had many hours of waiting, I decided to lie down on the airport benches. Around 00:00 I woke up to applause. I thought, is it Dimash? I looked at the check-in area and saw a large crowd. I started walking towards the check-in area. About 50 meters away, Dimash looked at me and I opened my arms as if to say "you will have to talk to me". When I arrived at Dimash (he was wearing a mask) I told him that I had traveled 8000 km to see and hear him sing and asked him if he could take a picture with me. Dimash didn't even hesitate for a second and said "Sure". He left check-in (walked about 100 meters because he had to leave the opposite side to what I was in). When he reached me, he took off his mask and smiled. We took the picture. I asked him for a few minutes to say a few words (those were the ones I wrote in the previous comment). While he spoke, Dimash was always silent and smiling, showing great respect for me. I said goodbye to him and ran to my wife who had not realized that I had separated from her. When I arrived with my wife, she didn't want to believe that I had taken a picture with Dimash. She immediately ran to check-in along with a friend who had accompanied us (we went 3 from Portugal to Riga for the Dimash concert). When they arrived at check-in they started talking to Dimash. Once again he was very generous and polite to them. I didn't meddle in the conversation. I had already had my moment with Dimash and now it was their turn. What I did was go to the bathroom to wash my face because I was still a little under the influence of having suddenly woken up and had a somewhat miraculous experience. When I returned from the bathroom, Dimash's entourage was leaving check-in. Dimash's father was ahead. Out of respect for Dimash's father, I stopped and bowed my head. Dimash, seeing this, left the group and addressed me (walked maybe 10 meters). He grabbed my right hand with both hands and said "Bye sir". It was a mystical experience that I will never forget. He can sings comfortably and sustains note on D6 with precise staccati, belting on E6 for 10 seconds with vibrato, does mixed on C6, belting long note on E5, F5, G5. He does F6 as the onset in opera, he also practiced Magic Flute before the show just for fun! Make a whistle sounds like a real whistle blower, louder and stronger than female whistle! F#7, E7, G7, G#7 is his favorite whistle, he goes up to D8 fully controlled on stage with vibrato!! His vocal technique is insane!!!

Loved your review. I greatly enjoy watching new reviewers get, as they say, Dimashified. I've lost count of how many nights over the past year or so that I've sat up till the wee hours of the morning watching and listening to Dimash, only stopping long enough to pick my jaw up from off the floor. I was a professional singer for 25 years, been in all kinds of talent competitions and have heard a lot of singers. But this guy? THIS GUY??? He's in a whole different league. Thanks for the reaction again, I have a suggesstion that may help you, just from my experience of who have binged a LOT dimash reaction videos for awhile. 😂😂😂 just something I noticed and think the fans will like a lot: 1) don’t pause in the middle of the note, let him finishes it! Lol. I know he has many long note for one breath. 2) pick the right performance and stage ( avoid the World Best show in America, that show did dirty to him and cut and chop his performaces) you can do poll and vote on community tab so that you will react the right best performance, not only him but other singers too. 3) talk more about how easy/ hard of what he does in the song, deep analysis. Any fan of any singer will love to hear that rather than just “ amazing” “ awesome” 4) BE YOURSELF AND authentic with you, whether you like the song or not, just honest! 😊😊 I know one vocal coach who gave many detailed analysis and dive in his music for several months, her channel is quite big now, and before Dimash, she had over 1000 subs. I’ve heard Dimash singing this song probably 100 times and every time I am left speechless. Your reaction is great but even greater because of the fact that you commented on the length of the breathing (or the lack of breathing) in the final part of his performance. I’ve seen so many reactions were people do not realize the difficulty of it. Without air there is not sound but Dimash could probably sing under the water. He is definitely from a different planet.

I stumbled on Dimash last year when SOS popped up on my suggested list. I ignored it for a while but finally listened to it and just sat there with my mouth open! I couldn't believe anyone, much less a man, could sing like that. Then I listened to Opera 2 which blew me away as I'd heard Vitas' version, and when Dimash outdid Vitash by modulating up twice more than Vitas did, I couldn't believe it. The next song I heard was this one and I just was awestruck and started down a rabbit hole that I remain on to this day. Even if his style of singing isn't your cup of tea, there's no denying the incredible talent and technique Dimash has. I'm not sure there's anyone out there today who has everything Dimash does from the control, range, stage presence, etc. He's working on his English, and if he gets pretty good with that, I think he'll explode here in the USA if he can come over and do concerts!

Truly a good recommendation - especially with the preliminary appearance of Igor Krutoy at the front of the audience during Sinful Passion. Aside from a few ill-timed pauses (of course you wouldn’t know before you listen that they’re ill-times, but those of us who have listened faithfully for a while to Dimash are screaming “Don’t do it here! You’ll miss...!” ). :)
My favorite performance by Dimash. However, Know Vocalize from Kiev comes in close. Noting but beautiful vocalization while sitting flat on his backside on stage. Please check it out.
The only question on my mind is how you went "a couple of years" without hearing any more Dimash. From the first time I heard him I was hooked, and haven't stopped since.

For those who love Dimash, another must see singer is Zhao Shen from China. Because of his small stature, feminine disposition and voice, he was often bullied in school. Never thinking that he had what it takes to be a singer, he went tot he Ukraine to become a dentist. While there, he was convinced that he did have a great singing ability, thus transferred his major to music. Thank goodness he did. As an introduction into Zhao "Charlie" Shen, begin with his premiere performance on the Voice of China singing HuanYan. After this first video, move on to his versions of "Memory", and "Time to Say Goodbye". For something different from him, watch his version of "Let It Go" and "Monsters". Last, but definitely not least (there is so much more from him), enjoy the videos, "This is Me" and a very unique and fun song (one of my favs) "Da La Beng Ba". His biggest success is the song "Big Fish".
Oh nice reaction girl. I really, really hope you do more Dimash reactions because I promise I will watch it along with 100,000's of Dears (Dimash fans) So many songs from Dimash and in so many genres. I highly recommend the stuff he did on The Singer 2017 in China, don't know if you are ready for his guest appearance in 2018 and sang Hello yet, that last minute or so is amazing. So impressed by Dimashs unique abilities and talents was inspired to come out of a semi retirement to work with Dimashs and has since written or rewritten a number of pieces especially for his incredibleness. The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. I'll tell you about my meeting with Dimash. At the end of the concert on March 7, 2020 in Riga (Latvia), I asked security guards to take a Portuguese flag to Dimash for him to sign. The security guards were very friendly and took the flag. A few minutes later, a member of Dimash's staff appeared and told me that it was not possible for him to sign the flag because he was leaving for the airport. He gave me a postcard signed by him. I was all happy. And I also went to the airport because I had a plane at 6:00 am to return to Portugal. I arrived at the airport at about 10:30 pm. I knew Dimash had to go to the airport, but I figured he was going through a VIP door. As I had many hours of waiting, I decided to lie down on the airport benches. Around 00:00 I woke up to applause. I thought, is it Dimash? I looked at the check-in area and saw a large crowd. I started walking towards the check-in area. About 50 meters away, Dimash looked at me and I opened my arms as if to say "you will have to talk to me". When I arrived at Dimash (he was wearing a mask) I told him that I had traveled 8000 km to see and hear him sing and asked him if he could take a picture with me. Dimash didn't even hesitate for a second and said "Sure". He left check-in (walked about 100 meters because he had to leave the opposite side to what I was in). When he reached me, he took off his mask and smiled. We took the picture. I asked him for a few minutes to say a few words (those were the ones I wrote in the previous comment). While he spoke, Dimash was always silent and smiling, showing great respect for me. I said goodbye to him and ran to my wife who had not realized that I had separated from her. When I arrived with my wife, she didn't want to believe that I had taken a picture with Dimash. She immediately ran to check-in along with a friend who had accompanied us (we went 3 from Portugal to Riga for the Dimash concert). When they arrived at check-in they started talking to Dimash. Once again he was very generous and polite to them. I didn't meddle in the conversation. I had already had my moment with Dimash and now it was their turn. What I did was go to the bathroom to wash my face because I was still a little under the influence of having suddenly woken up and had a somewhat miraculous experience. When I returned from the bathroom, Dimash's entourage was leaving check-in. Dimash's father was ahead. Out of respect for Dimash's father, I stopped and bowed my head. Dimash, seeing this, left the group and addressed me (walked maybe 10 meters). He grabbed my right hand with both hands and said "Bye sir". It was a mystical experience that I will never forget. He can sings comfortably and sustains note on D6 with precise staccati, belting on E6 for 10 seconds with vibrato, does mixed on C6, belting long note on E5, F5, G5. He does F6 as the onset in opera, he also practiced Magic Flute before the show just for fun! Make a whistle sounds like a real whistle blower, louder and stronger than female whistle! F#7, E7, G7, G#7 is his favorite whistle, he goes up to D8 fully controlled on stage with vibrato!!

He is capable of singing, opera, classical, pop, folk, jazz, and he can even rap. His songs are unique because of the way he arranges them , they are a mix of all genres. I've lost count of how many nights over the past year or so that I've sat up till the wee hours of the morning watching and listening to Dimash, only stopping long enough to pick my jaw up from off the floor. I was a professional singer for 25 years, been in all kinds of talent competitions and have heard a lot of singers. But this guy? THIS GUY??? He's in a whole different league. Thanks for the reaction again, I have a suggesstion that may help you, just from my experience of who have binged a LOT dimash reaction videos for awhile. 😂😂😂 just something I noticed and think the fans will like a lot:
1) don’t pause in the middle of the note, let him finishes it! Lol. I know he has many long note for one breath.
2) pick the right performance and stage ( avoid the World Best show in America, that show did dirty to him and cut and chop his performaces) you can do poll and vote on community tab so that you will react the right best performance, not only him but other singers too.
3) talk more about how easy/ hard of what he does in the song, deep analysis. Any fan of any singer will love to hear that rather than just “ amazing” “ awesome”
4) BE YOURSELF AND authentic with you, whether you like the song or not, just honest! 😊😊
I know one vocal coach who gave many detailed analysis and dive in his music for several months, her channel is quite big now, and before Dimash, she had over 1000 subs.

Thank you. I have been a Canadian (Dimash) Fan for almost 4 years. I personally believe, Dimash is a Music Virtuoso of our time. He is from Kazakhstan and Dimash will be 27 in May 2021. Dimash has been formally training and performing for over 21 years. At the age of 5 years old it was determined he had perfect pitch. Dimash is often referred to as the Best Singer in the World. Dimash is known for his exceptionally wide vocal range. Many Vocal Coaches and Singers have differing opinions whether Dimash is a Baritone, Tenor or Contralto. I’ve heard Dimash singing this song probably 100 times and every time I am left speechless. Your reaction is great but even greater because of the fact that you commented on the length of the breathing (or the lack of breathing) in the final part of his performance. I’ve seen so many reactions were people do not realize the difficulty of it. Without air there is not sound but Dimash could probably sing under the water. He is definitely from a different planet.

I LOVE YOU SO MUCH and want to HUGZ YOU!!!! Yes life is always like this.There are ALWAYS people out there better than the rest but the way you handle yourselve the pure innocent RAW honest emotions!!! GIVING CREDIT to where its due to dimash but also staying STRONG and FIRM to who you are as a vocal coach.Like my grandma said " he is not the best Singer in the world but the best Vocalist" but this doesnt make the rest of us obsolete. I stumbled on Dimash last year when SOS popped up on my suggested list. I ignored it for a while but finally listened to it and just sat there with my mouth open! I couldn't believe anyone, much less a man, could sing like that. Then I listened to Opera 2 which blew me away as I'd heard Vitas' version, and when Dimash outdid Vitash by modulating up twice more than Vitas did, I couldn't believe it. The next song I heard was this one and I just was awestruck and started down a rabbit hole that I remain on to this day. Even if his style of singing isn't your cup of tea, there's no denying the incredible talent and technique Dimash has. I'm not sure there's anyone out there today who has everything Dimash does from the control, range, stage presence, etc. He's working on his English, and if he gets pretty good with that, I think he'll explode here in the USA if he can come over and do concerts!

Truly a good recommendation - especially with the preliminary appearance of Igor Krutoy at the front of the audience during Sinful Passion. Aside from a few ill-timed pauses (of course you wouldn’t know before you listen that they’re ill-times, but those of us who have listened faithfully for a while to Dimash are screaming “Don’t do it here! For those who love Dimash, another must see singer is Zhao Shen from China. Because of his small stature, feminine disposition and voice, he was often bullied in school. Never thinking that he had what it takes to be a singer, he went tot he Ukraine to become a dentist. While there, he was convinced that he did have a great singing ability, thus transferred his major to music. Thank goodness he did.
As an introduction into Zhao "Charlie" Shen, begin with his premiere performance on the Voice of China singing HuanYan. After this first video, move on to his versions of "Memory", and "Time to Say Goodbye".
For something different from him, watch his version of "Let It Go" and "Monsters".
Last, but definitely not least (there is so much more from him), enjoy the videos, "This is Me" and a very unique and fun song (one of my favs) "Da La Beng Ba". His biggest success is the song "Big Fish".

So many songs from Dimash and in so many genres. I highly recommend the stuff he did on The Singer 2017 in China, don't know if you are ready for his guest appearance in 2018 and sang Hello yet, that last minute or so is amazing.

I really enjoyed watching your genuine reactions and overall analysis. I've seen a ton of these vocal coach impressions of Dimash, and nearly EVERY one says that he's not from this planet. I love, love, love everything about his singing, his movement, and how he fills a song emotionally. This is my favorite.

I found myself having an interesting thought... We are probably witnessing the evolution of the Artist right now. Dimash at the moment is no longer just learning something new in the framework of vocals and music. No, he is already at the next stage - he is learning to restrain himself. This, of course, is only my opinion, never professional at all)) And, perhaps I was a little inaccurate - I mean, in recent performances, he looks for and tries a variety of vocal combinations of techniques and compositions, and tries not to"overdo it". And what is characteristic of Dimash - such, ahem, creative "self-restraint" is completely compensated by emotions and thoughts that the song is saturated with, and which are transmitted to the listener.
It's funny: I have already heard from many vocal coaches accurate criticism of Dimash in this direction (especially often it concerned the famous note D8 =)). And one Brazilian even formulated it in one thought that is very close to me: " With the capabilities of Dimash, the most difficult thing - is to keep yourself from the temptation to fill EVERY song you perform with ALL your abilities. It's not always necessary, and it doesn't always improve the song." Very clever idea, isn't it? And now we, together with Dimash, rise to this step - where he learns, figuratively speaking, to take a song and "cut off everything superfluous", leaving only the necessary. Such a vocal "growing up"...
