Any of the four, having a baby, going to college, teaching hundreds of online students, or buying a house would have been reasonable enough to justify a UA-cam hiatus. I'm honestly impressed you're able to do them all, and still found time to make an update! Get on with your awesome self :D
Fun exercises to reconnect with music. In fact, a whole series on how to just explore scales or chords and make music but in a light way. Without your typical "etude"
As for video ideas, would love to hear something more about your philosophy studies (what you’re studying, your favourite thinkers etc). Glad to see you back 🙌
I'm mightily impressed with your output Allysia, and you do it with 100% effort, your piano courses are the best, gold. Good luck with all your projects and I love that you enjoy everything too.
Hi Allysia. Thank you for the personal update. I'm especially enjoying your use of the online and digital world. You're showing how to make this media life personal for all of us. Looking forward to your upcoming projects.
Excellent choice of subject. I majored in Philosophy (in the UK) back in 1980. Also took a year out to go and study Hegel (amongst others) in Germany (Hamburg). Kant is a good choice good too! It was the best time ever and Philosophy is a subject that can set you up for whatever else you do in the future. Good luck with it all.
Glad to have your videos back for a bit! I started watching your videos years ago when I had a passing interest in the piano, and over the last year I’ve started taking lessons with a teacher. Excited to have new content now that I’m actually on the journey!
Good luck, Allysia! You inspire me to become a better piano player and I love your positivity. I always go back and reference some of your older playlists so this one didn't seem like such a long time from the previous video:)
Happy to see you back. Your videos were some of the first I watched when starting to learn the piano and I have been missing your perspective :) Will for sure sign up to your mailing list.
That is absolutely amazing!! Congratulations 🎉 🎉 🎉 it's such incredible changes! How have you found the results of Online teaching as opposed to In Person lessons since you've been teaching it over multiple years? I'm also a piano teacher and was wondering if you heard of the Andragogy principles of Knowles for adults. Also let me know if you are considering outsourcing some of the feedback giving since you're so busy. I'm a piano teacher too and UBER curious about the kind of results you get and also the kind of flexibility your form of work gives you. It's absolutely amazing!
I know it's an old tale... but how to make progress on a busy schedule as an adult, NOT retired and passionate but stretched thin. I've plateaued so hard at RCM beginner level...
Thanks!

You are always inspiring and I hope you'll find such fun and inspiration in new seasons that are ever-changing!
OH MY. That is an epic load of different commitments!

Emerald wall with paintings and floor lamp in the corner looks nice and stylish
I'm really into the monochromatic emerald vibe! Thanks. :)
Love that too! So classy!

Glad to see you back. Shout out to the email notification! And also good to hear a bit more of the non piano stuff.
Glad to see you back on UA-cam - Wishing you all the best in the final year of your (honours) degree...With much respect - Liam🙂
Have not seen you forever!
Would be interesting to hear about how your philosophy study helps/affects your piano teaching/learning.

One day if you make a grade 6 course I would love to attend!!
Video idea: the intersection of music and philosophy
How do you find your online students? Online marketing? Word of mouth?
Wow, almost done the degree! Videos about philosophy?
Allysia, what do you plan on doing with your degree? If you go to grad school would you like to teach?
Check out Francesco Parrino! He doesn’t talk to much but his playing in incredible
Also how come your personal vlog is no longer online and what happened to your podcast ?
Its all gone

What a beautiful lady. I love your videos. Are you American ?
My sister studied philosophy. Now she's at home thinking deep thoughts about being unemployed 😁
I was thinking about you the other day. I was like: "where the h is she", and Bibidi Babidi Kaboom, now you're here 🫡
Appreciate the video ideas :)
