    We grew Shishito peppers this year, but they came out smaller than store bought. I guess growing in Arizona's 100 degree + weather is you get what you get. Fantastic peppers.

    I’d like to suggest two substitutes for ranch, just because I am not a huge fan of packaged dressings. 1). kewpie Japanese mayonnaise with shichimi spice sprinkled in. Or, 2). Home made (real) aioli made from garlic, salt and olive oil.

    I’m not a quinoa fan, so I toast hemp hearts in ghee with salt and pepper! Homemade ranch finishes this off perfectly!

      my first year growing them and my plant's given me dozens of peppers, but I can't say I'm a true fan. I like that they're mild but they really have a bit of bitterness to them that needs to be masked

    I don't think I've ever cooked quinoa in my life. Ive cooked a ton of rice but never quinoa. I'll have to UA-cam that first
