I’d like to suggest two substitutes for ranch, just because I am not a huge fan of packaged dressings. 1). kewpie Japanese mayonnaise with shichimi spice sprinkled in. Or, 2). Home made (real) aioli made from garlic, salt and olive oil.

I’m not a quinoa fan, so I toast hemp hearts in ghee with salt and pepper! Homemade ranch finishes this off perfectly!
