It’s not delayed your just using it after the ball already HIT you. The ball is going really fast so it’s hard to use freeze but I use freeze and I can confirm it’s pretty OP if you use it right.
Also you can’t really use it when your right next to them because… common sense sooooooo don’t do that unless your REALLY good with freeze

Its not delayed u were just using it wrong u were trying to use the ability but the cooldown wasnt even finished u can check it yourself and dont you remember that it has to flash the white thing first when the cooldown is done and i use freeze and its OP bc i use it properly. And u can use Freeze in Stand Off's
