Sure. Know each perk well, including their strengths and weaknesses. Perks like Field Medic or Gunslinger are easier in Hell on Earth than SWAT or Commando. Try to land as many headshots as possible. HoE has more enemies than other difficulties, so conserving ammo is really important. I kept running out of ammo when I started HoE... Utilize tricks like reload cancelling or bashing. Reload cancelling saves a lot of time and bashing is very good for killing trash zeds (if you hit their head) or to stagger an enemy like scrakes. Know how zeds behave. In HoE, you will see rioters, elite crawlers or gorefiends more often, which are much tougher. Study their animations so you know where to aim when they move. Know their spawn patterns (EDARs has a chance to replace stalkere or husks, so if you see one, there must be stalkers or husks around. Don't be afraid to use your grenades. I have a habit of conserving my grenades, which leads me to situations where I could've survived if I used them... Lastly, know how weapons function for theit role. Support for example has really strong weapons and penetration, but suffers from long reloads and slow firing speed. That would be it for now, hope that helps.
If you don't mind changing perks during a game then, you could try to start with the swat if you have it on at least level 10 since you start with armor and dual 9mm that deal quite a lot of damage, then you change to your main perk. And from there you start to get used to the difficulty until you can beat it without changing perks

What’s the hardest map in kf2 in your opinion?
Nightmare, because the map has different areas that are all really packed and small.
The trench section is the worst on the map imo.

Why take ammo pack instead of stumble rounds?
I prefer more ammo than stumble power, as I saw stumble power being meager in effect imo.

Did you update windows from windows 10 or 11? If it's 11 then I think KF2 does not support it...
