Of cuz they have different voices type. Jaclyn is naturally a lyric soprano becuz she has a higher tessitura than Dayang Nurfaizah, who is a lyric mezzo. As you can see they both hit that C#5 note, but it seems more easy for Jac to hit that note compared to Dayang. Jac is known as a vocal beast in Malaysia becuz of her powerful belt. Hitting G5/G#5 note is just like a piece of cake to her. Meanwhile, Dayang Nurfaizah is more dominant singing at low notes becuz her belting isn't developed very well.
