I am very happy for both of them,because they have the chance to drive and own such cars.Just because I'm thinking back,in the year 2000,when Zed got his driving licence,most of guys of his age who were taking the permit, most likely were driving an old Dacia 1300. And most of the cars that are owned by the jealous young people of today,didn't even exist back then,and if they were, they were very expensive.Yes, exactly all the cars you call"coops "or "boilers" like serie 3 e46,golf 4 etc,were very expensive back then,Dacia logan didn't even exist. Many at that time did not even have the opportunity to drive this kind of cars. No internet,no youtube,no socialmedia,no smarphones,no nothing shit. Its what Tiriac said" you now have everything on the tray". And nowadays,every 18 year old dude is complaining cuz' they think they deserve to drive and own like most newest car or expensive. They wanna the most powerful car at just 18. They don't even know how to apreciate what they have. Anyway hope that you will have even better cars. Cuz you deserve it guys.🥰

BMW doesn't invest in motorsport, that's why they have no interest in making a proper supercar.Compare M to AMG, AMG is involved in the no1 motoring sport in the world, F1.Moreover, it is dominating it.It makes sense for them to make supercars.

M stands for Motorsport. They invest heavily into motorsport... Just because they dont race F1 doesnt mean they dont invest in motorsport lol.. AMG doesnt make a super car lol. M4GT3, M6GT3, M8GTE, Forumla E cars, etc.

I have the same opinion. BMW should've make the m8 a r8 competitor. But they make it a m6 with other name. I hate that. The car is beautiful, is amazing. But they should make it at least 200 kg lighter. With the same engine and gearbox, 250 kg lighter, it could be a supercar.

Dude that its really my dream , since the i8 came i always dreamed about a v8 one
I think that the m8 is a dissapointment for me, because they did not make any improvements besides the design from the m5. I expected to have a minimum of 625hp in normal m8 and 650 in the competition. They are selling the same engine, same chassis and the same transmission with a 50k euro difference and they didn’t even leave the massage option for the chairs ... (it’s not a big thing, but when you present a new car with the same specs as an old one which is cheaper and you take away some luxury options it’s not okay). In a comparation it’s like the mercedes amg gt 63s would have the same 612hp engine from the e63s at a bigger price tag. I’m a bmw fan, but i am dissapointed, because i expected the m8 to be a crazy upgrade from the m5.
andrei gheorghiu Dude, you are desperately wrong. It is a big upgrade. You should be disappointed after you drove/owned both cars in order to be able to express your opinion about them. By then just accept the fact that you are wrong. 😊
ZED SLY I drove the m5 comp and I ordered one after the m8’s specs appeared and were the same as the m5’s, all I’m saying is when you’re launching a new car which is with 30/35% (almost 50k) more expensive and it has the exactly same engine and specs it’s dissapointing ... I just expected to be a bigger upgrade for that difference of price as Mercedes Benz did (e63s - gt 63s). Yeah, you’re right i didn’t drive both cars (only the m5 comp), but i have friends who did this and they have the exactly same opinion as me. It’s just my opinion ypu don’t have to tell me that i am “desperately wrong”, is not about being wrong is just an opinion. And please don’t respond to your comments with arrogance, pride and superiority, when you don’t know the other person, who just expressed an opinion...

ZED SLY I’m not acting like a crybaby. My first argument was just a opinion, you responded to it with some arrogance, you can’t tell who the person who wrote the comment is and how many cars has or has tested. About the two cars, it’s known that have the same specs (engine, transmission and all wheel drive system). All I was saying is that this fact is dissapointing... after almost 2 years (from m5’s competition arrival) to have the same specs with a bigger price. The m8 is a coupe, it s normal to be a little bit faster, but it has the exactly same specs.
I think that tate should try the w12 model, not the v8
expensive watches can be great investments, better than cars for sure. plus you don't buy a supercar to go grocery shopping, the same way you don't buy a ulysse nardin to tell the time, you buy it for the craftsmanship, engineering, company legacy etc.
