Austin Dunham hey i was just wondering how much pullups did you do to get such great biceps..because i do pullups until i dont have enough strengh to do another tho,my biceps arent like burning in pain...will i get gains like this?

He can definitely do a tonne. Some of the things I've seen him do on this channel don't make me doubt that for a second. Ok so this is great. Went from 24 to 40 in two weeks but, I feel that I’ve plateaued and haven’t been able to do many or really anymore reps past 40. Is there something I might be doing wrong. I always do all 4 sets sometimes they just aren’t evenly spaced or at the same time everyday. Could that be a problem?
Hey @Austin Dunham do we don’t have to use the equipment right? Because I’m trying to enlist into the army and I want to get to 70 push-ups in 2 minuets but I can only do 50.
Should you do a chest/triceps training that day when you do this routine(consists also of severl pus up Variations)? What about the rest time for your muscles?
Wanna increase your push-up max? Join the military. I went in struggling to do 30 and I tested myself a few weeks ago doing 69. Just do a ton of push-ups all the time and you’ll get better. There’s no trick behind it besides conditioning your body to do more push-ups.
Does this work for isometric exercises too? Like the L Sit, I start doing at high paralels, then I move to 50% of my time on low paralels, than I move to an L Sit with weights for 50% of my time in high paralels (idk), and finish with my max time on the ground. What do you guys think? Austin, if you're still seeing the comments of this video, please answer haha I don't wanna be crazy doing this.

i dont have the accesories in the video... can i do diamond pushups for the harder variation?
Yeah. I'm training for the military and I started off doing 52 push ups and increased to 66 in a matter of a month by doing planche work and triangle push ups then finishing off with normal. Diamond push ups ftw.
MrBowjingle I used to do about 28. Now I can only do 20-25 😑. Thanks to these dumb ass youtubers saying resting is more important. Becuase I took like 3-4 day break from push ups. Resting isn’t my thing. It’s bs. I’m never gonna take a break. Unless I’m really tired or sore, then I take a 1 day break.
Thank you, Man! Awesome Material! I really need to work hard my Pushups and keep on training Calisthenics for that is the kind of Body I really want to build! Again, Ty Austin! You got yourself an Admirable Awesome Build! Fond of your work 100%!
When I was a kid, i thought 30 reps was really high.
Now I am 14, and I can do only 50 push ups.
Now I understand how low is it...
I’m 15 I was doing 72 push ups and then did 75 like 3 days and I’m now able to do 100 Push ups per day.

I need these bars but I don’t want to wait till August I’m trying to get right this summer haha! Austin what’s up with priority mail?!
Can you do calisthenics everyday or should you take a break in between.
You are the beast bro.Excellent video !
Nice austin lovin all ur videos.
Listen to 5:16-5:21 with your eyes closed 😂😂😂
Will greasing method work with 'sally up/down' challange ? I'm stucked at 1 minute + smotehing. How did you manage to bear a whole song? Greetings.
Make a video to check that the arms descend as those could 😗👍
When does the beyond body weight giveaway end? Btw really good video! I’ll be sure to try that once my wrist is ok🔥
Lol ikr shit killing my wrist
I don’t think I’ve clicked on a video so fast.
Thank you so much for this, I am watching this video for my AFROTC PFA!
Hey @Austin Dunham do we don’t have to use the equipment right? Because I’m trying to enlist into the army and I want to get to 70 push-ups in 2 minuets but I can only do 50.
What is the benefit of doing pushups first thing in the morning?
Should you do a chest/triceps training that day when you do this routine(consists also of severl pus up Variations)? What about the rest time for your muscles?
Thanks for that. Will try this routine for the next 30 days.
Hey bro, the harder variation doesn't have to be what you're doing, can be like archer push up/diamonds those sort right?
Been doing weighted push-ups for the last 3 weeks. Quick gains. Peace.
Austin does it go together with the regular routine during the week?
Would this also work for Pull-ups? Should I change the routine for that purpose however.
when he said all the pushup he did is an example for me its like thats much pushup that i did in my lifetime
Hi Austin, what are some harder variations we can do without the use of equipment?
I like how I came to this vid so I can increase my reps for drill comp and then he said he was part of afjrotc
Interested in this for the military. Did anyone see results and how soon?
Wanna increase your push-up max? Join the military. I went in struggling to do 30 and I tested myself a few weeks ago doing 69. Just do a ton of push-ups all the time and you’ll get better. There’s no trick behind it besides conditioning your body to do more push-ups.
How long do you do the routine before you see am increase in your total reps? 2 weeks? 3 weeks? Longer?
"Quick rundown" BOGGED
Nice idea i started doing push-up 2weeks back , now gonna do this starting tomorrow morning.
Awesome Video Austin! :)
Would it be a good idea to do this on the same day as a push workout? Or should I do this on a pull day?
Awesome video by the way 👌
Do this on push day, because you use your tricep and chest in this workout.
Austin i have a question. Can regular push ups fix the scapular problem??
bro im in school so can i do the 2nd set when i get home then do the last set at night?
Hi Austin, if we go fast but have good form in the morning push-ups is that fine?
Crazy kappa hahah I feel u bro, don't have all that time before work / school 😂
If you want to build endurance, it s perfectly fine.
Crazy kappa fast push-ups aren’t bad at all if you still do it with good form
Man I though me being able to do 6 real pushups and 2 dimonds after working out for two weeks is good this man said 40 is bad I just got motivated
Damn I just noticed how many subs he has now.
