I put a trick tip out in the Mt rose video! Its easier than you think but its also a full commit, can't really do it half ass
They are super hard and challenging learning them until one day it clicks and you can do them on command whenever you want, but need the commitment and edge transfer to be pretty much in your muscle memory since it happens so fast you don't really have time to think about it when doing them.
